SCH 'A' PART-I

M&L for preparation of existing surfaces/newly plastered surfaces of walls/soffits/chajja/facia etc and applying two coat of weather proof exterior grade paint on walls over a coat of wall care white putty thicknes not less than 2mm and sand papering surfaces to achieve smooth surfaces including complete removal of surfaces with mechanical means/sand paper complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old/new surfaces of walls/ ceiling and complete removal of old treated surfaces by mechanical means and applying wall care white putty thickness not less than 2mm and sand papering surfaces to achieve smooth surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic based distemper emulsion over a coat of cement based primer, white or tinted including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old wooden surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth like false ceiling, fillets,doors/windows etc , not otherwise described and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth etc , not otherwise described and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old surfaces of walls/ ceiling and complete and applying wall care white putty in holes due to removal of nails/ any fixtures etc and sand papering surfaces to achieve smooth surfaces and applying one coats of acrylic based distemper emulsion over a coat of cement based primer, white or tinted including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified.

M&L for painting lines, dashes (Continious/un-interrupted), arrow, letters, etc exceeding 10cm width with two coat of acrylic water base road marking paint including preparation of old concrete/ painted surface complete all as specified and as drected by Engr-In-Charge.

Cleaning of septic tank/Grease trap/manhole of any size and depth exc 1.50 M and not exceeding 4.5 M from the GL , by taking out / removing the accumulated sludge/ soil / sewage / any other foreign / foul materials etc (solid / semi solid) sludge and sludge water using mehanical device / diesel pump of suitable type and capacity, removing the sludge out side MOD land and burrying it in pits excavated for the purpose including disposal of the soil and making the system functional including disinfecting the covered pit by sprinkling bleaching powder @ 250 gm (approx) complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation in Pit and bleaching powder shall be measured and paid under respective item of schedule which is given here in after.

Cleaning of soak well of any size and depth exc 1.5 M and not exceeding 4.5 M from the GL , by taking out / removing the accumulated sludge/ soil /brick bats/ sewage / any other foreign / foul materials etc (solid / semi solid) sludge and sludge water using mehanical device / diesel pump of suitable type and capacity, removing the brick bats out side MOD land and burrying it is pits excavated for the purpose including disposal of the soil and making the system functional complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blockage of sewer lines 100/150/200 mm bore, manholes in any type of sewer line( i.e. branch sewer line, main sewer line) and by attending the complaints for day to day maintenance in all days in a month except Sundays, Gazetted Holidays and National Holidays, by way of cleaning desludging foreign materials as well as rodding of sewer line between manholes manually /mechnically or pumping out sewage from blocked manhole including desludging where required and ordered by Engr-In-Charge and keeping sewer line functional upto final drop/outlet into septaic tank, soakwell/sump all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of manhole/Grease trap of any size and depth Not exc 1.50 M by taking out / removing the accumulated sludge/ soil / sewage / any other foreign / foul materials etc (solid / semi solid) sludge and sludge water using mehanical device / diesel pump of suitable type and capacity, removing the sludge out side MOD land and burrying it is pits excavated for the purpose including disposal of the soil and making the system functional and applying bleaching powder for hygenic complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blockage of blocked from bottle traps, gully trap, nahani traps, P/S trap of WCs, bath, urinals etc. and cleaning of sewage line from nahani trap/ floor trap upto gully trap of first manhole and making the functional with manually/ pressure using pumps complete all as specified and directed.

Demoiltion and breaking up 100mm dia drain pipes (saltglazed, stoneware , AC or reinforced concrete drain pipe, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required complete all as specified and directed.

Demoiltion and breaking up 150mm dia drain pipes (saltglazed, stoneware , AC or reinforced concrete drain pipe, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed ISI marked IS-13592, type 'B' in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed 160 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed ISI marked IS-13592, type 'B' in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors type complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Plain cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 bed to 110 mm bore drain pipes including packing under , and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested ;in complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Plain cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 bed to 160 mm bore drain pipes including packing under , and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested ;in complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed PVC (SWR) gully trap 125/110 mm , setting and jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified

M&L for 75mm dia PVC (SWR) floor trap, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fitting and accessories), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -charge.

Demolition brickwork or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars,etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles including removing of demolished material from work site complete all as specified.

Material and labour for brick work (using fly ash brick) shall conform to IS 13757 having compressive strength shall not be less than 75 kg/sqcm. The size of the bricks shall be as per IS 13757 an work shall be executed as per para 5.7 of SSR Pt-Ibuilt in cement and sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc.including removing of rubbished material from work site complete all as specified.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , in cement and sand mortar 1:4 using water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions (WPC measured and paid separately as supplying only) complete all as specified ) top surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , in cement and sand mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ( liquid ) conforming to IS : 2645-2005 complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced ) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level, including removing of demolished material from work site at any distance outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete type -B-2, (1:2:4) (using 40mm graded stone agg) as in footpath, hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F glass dividing strips 3mm thick, 38mm wide inserted in position and conform to design complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation , filling, mass concrete works complete all as specified.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings, benching, bed plates, surface channel, drain and like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary form work complete.

Demolition of Cement concrete ( reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including reinforced cut to facilitate demolition complete including removing demolished material from work site all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces set un cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Mild steel deformed or twisted bars ( TMT) 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, hooking ends and binding with including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia. or higher complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed in repairs, vitreous china, (1st quality) WHITE Squatting pan ,'Orissa' pattern size 580 mm x 440mm with integral footrests water closet) with 'P' or 'S' trap front or back inlet complete including lime concrete for bedding, connection to drain pipe and to flushing pipe , anti syphonage pipe etc complete all as specified

Supply and fixed in repairs, vitreous China, (1st quality), wash down water closet pan ( padestal pattern Water Closet, white), (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) , including connection to drain ( or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, etc., complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs PVC flushing cistern 10 Ltrs capacity, valveless, syphonic action type, low level white with inlet, ball valve, float and handle complete including brackets and connection to pipe complete including dismantling of existing CI flushing cistern high level incl flush pipe complete all as specified.

S & F vitreous china urinals, bowel type flat back sioze 465 x 395 x 265 mm white with grating and urion for discharge pipe including providing and fixing plugs bedding against wall CM 1:2 complete fixed in repairs.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), in floors, aprons etc .laid dry or laid dry and pointed including removing of demolished material from work site at any distance outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles (1st quality) 7 to 8mm thick ( square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match. over and including 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m. deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Removal of surplus soil not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well raming in layers, not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, in soft/loose soil , not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m and n.exc 3 m in depth for filling of slugde/ foreign material obtained from above items up to 60 cm below GL and filling excavated soil obtained from pit and applying bleaching powder 2 kg/ pit for hygienic complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only high power bleaching powder conforming to IS 1065 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Surface excavation in soft.loose soil n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 25cm deep and getting out complete.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC type C-2, (1:3:6) as in sub base of floor surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete inter locking rubber moulded paver block any shape with grey cement and pigment size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness,M-35 Grade laid over 50mm thick sand cushioning. Note :- sand shall be measured and paid separetly.

Supply only sand filling under floors, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone agg) as in foundation /mass concrete, complete all as specified & directed

M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 as in damp proof course 40mm thick to horizontal surface including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc, wind ties for roof including securing bolts ; angle posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, driliing holes, notching for wire, etc: flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc). including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work complete.

S&F in repair Galavanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia at 75mm spacing and straning and fixing to any type of standard rails straining belts including scuring or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild wire stapples or steel pins etc.

M&L for RCC type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in copings, bed plates, kerbs including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F CONXEC-ZAL Super Razor puched barb tape ( SRPBT) Aluminium base helix coil with and including necessary GI fixing clips for securing complete all as specified and directed with following specifications:- (i) Dia of coil (when unstrectched)-610mm (ii) No of sperals - 50 turns per coil. (iii) Weight of each coil with hessian pack 8.50 Kg (+/- 0.5). (iv) Stretch length : 6 spirals/Rm. (v) Coverage per coil - 8 Rm.
