Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area not exceeding 1.50 sqm each, including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost ot Govt), all as specified and directed.

The surface shall then be cured and allowed to dry then applying Epoxy Resin coating polymer modified cementitious coating like brush bond of Fosroc, Pidilite and Bostic as per manufacturer's instructions both on floor as well as on wall and sunken floor shall be filled with graded cinder complete all as specified.(IWPC will be paid separately)
