Supplying and fixing wooden texture RCC bench. Bench consist of 02 nos base support of tree look type as per enclosed photo view, thickness should be 120mm to 250mm back height 900mm in which back support should be of 350mm wide & 120 to 150mm thick, front height should be of 450mm. 01 Nos plank having dimention 1500x320x75 mm manufactured by using M-30 grade concrete and reinforced suitably to prevent damage during handing, transportation erection & long use. All part are jointed together with galvanized nut’s bolt’s of suitable size. All bolt’s are sealed after assembly, seating length of the bench- 1500mm seating height of the bench-450mm total height of the Bench -890mm Bench top and back planks are treated with special anti- Corrosive, water proof coatings so as to make surface glossy and water proof. bench should be finished with decorative ornamental wood making art in cement mortar 1:2 by using color chemical, cement and other materials which look as wood made. Bench should be similar to attached photo view. complete work should be done as per direction & entire satisfication of engineer incharge.`

Open Air Gym

SURFING BOARD

Providing and fixing of Surfing Board of size 1000mm (Length) x 600mm (Width) x 1400mm.(Height) fabricated with the main frame of 80mm NB shall be made from “C” class G.I. pipe.The bottom support shall be welded of M.S. plate of Ø 250 mm & 10mm thickness. The handle frame of 25NB shall be made from “C” class G.I. pipe. The foundation should be used for fixing is a structure and shall bemade from center pipe of G.I. of 80NB “C” class welded with M.S. round plate of Ø250 mm & 10mm thick. Main pipe shall be supported with 25 mm X 25mm M.S. angles of 3 mm thickness and 20mm x 40mm CRC square pipes of 3mm thickness. Bushes shall be used of 70mm Outer Diameter with 5mm thickness. The footrests shall be made from high quality fiber reinforced plastic. Closing Caps shall be made up of high quality Fiber reinforced Plastic material. The pins to be used shall be made up of Ø35 mm SAE 8620 bright material. The bearing shall be used are of “6007zz” permanent lubricated sealed bearing of reputed brand (SKF/FAG). High tensile steel with galvanized nut bolts shall be used for assembly. The cerclips shall be used for assembly is of A34. The powder coating shall be done with Pure Polyester powder of Ackzonoble or Berger with minimum 60 to 70 micron thickness. Design as per Sansun Model no. OG01 (Photo enclosed), all complete under directions of Engineer-in-charge. (The cement concrete and excavation work shall be paid separately).

CROSS TRAINER

Providing and fixing of Cross trainer of size 1320mm (Length) x 600mm (Width) x 1750mm. (Height) fabricated with the main frame Pipes of 80NB shall be made of “C” Class G.I and pipe with single bend pipe with 250mm radius. The bottom support of M.S. round plate of Ø250 mm & 10mm thick. The Handle Frame shall be made up of 25NB “C” Class G.I. Pipe. The foundation should be used for fixing is a structure and shall be made from center pipe of G.I. pipe of 80 NB “C” class welded with M.S. round plate of Ø250 mm & 10mm thick. Main pipe should be supported with 25 mm X 25mm M.S. angles of 3 mm thickness and 20mm x 40mm and CRC square pipes of 3mm thickness. To build structure bushes to be used which shall be made from M.S.seamless pipe of 60mm OD with 5 mm thickness. The footrests shall be made from Aluminum casting material of size 130 mm X 310mmX5mm thickness and mounted on M.S. Plate of Size 130mmx310mmx3mm thick. Closing Caps shall be made up of high quality Fiber reinforced Plastic material. Pins to be used of Diameter 35mm, 25mm, and 17mm shall be made up from SAE 8620 bright . The Bearings shall be used of “6007zz” “6205zz” and “6203zz” permanent lubricated sealed bearing of reputed brand (SKF/FAG). High tensile steel with galvanized nuts and bolts shall be used for assembly. The powder coating shall be done with Pure Polyester powders of Ackzonoble or Berger Paints with 60 to 70 Micron thickness. A16 , A 24 mm circlips shall be used for assembly. Bolt M8X16 mm and NY lock nut of M8 shall be made of SS 304 used on nylon cap mounted on pins to protect bearings and pins from rain and dust. Design as per Sansun Model no. SEATED PULLER

Providing and fixing of Seated Puller of size 1900mm (Length) x 740mm (Width) x 1920mm. (Height) fabricated with a center pipe is of 100NB shall be made from “C” Class G.I. pipe. Bottom support of M.S. round plate of Ø 250 mm & 10mm thickness shall be welded. All linkages shall be made up of 25NB “C” class G.I. pipe. The handle frame of 32NB “C” class G.I. pipe. The seat frame of 32NB “C” class G.I. pipe, To build structure bushes to be used which shall be made from seamless pipe of 60mm O.D. and 5mm thickness as well as 60mm diameter solid bar bush shall be used. The foundation should be used for fixing is a structure and shall be made from center pipe of G.I. of 80 NB “C” class welded with M.S. round plate of Ø250 mm & 10mm thick. Main pipe shall be supported with 25 mm X 25mm M.S. angles of 3 mm thickness and 20mm x 40mm CRC square pipes of 3mm thickness. Foundation cover Closing Cap shall be made from FRP Material. The seats and Back rests to be fitted on the outer frames shall be made up of M.S. Sheet of size 330 mm X 300 mmX2mm thickness and deep drawn and pressed in tools and dies to have uniform radius of 20 mm with no sharp edges. The bearings shall be used of “ 6205zz” and “6203zz” permanent lubricated sealed bearing of reputed brand (SKF/FAG). High tensile steel with galvanized nuts & bolts shall be used for assembly. Providing and fixing of Sit up Board double of size 1760mm (Length) x 1140mm (Width) x 660mm (Height) fabricated with the main frame of 25mm NB shall be made from “C” Class GI pipe. FRP sheet of 3mm thickness shall be moulded on main frame. The remaining frame of the sit up board of 32mm NB shall be made from “C” class GI pipe. The powder coating shall be done with Pure Polyester powder Ackzonoble or Berger Paints with 60 to 70 micron thickness. The foundation shoud be used for fixing is a structure and shall be made from center pipe of G.I. of 80 NB “C” class Welded with M.S. round plate of Ø250 mm & 10mm thick. Main pipe shall be supported with 25 mm X 25mm M.S. angles of 3 mm thickness and 20mm x 40mm CRC square pipes of 3mm thickness. Design as per Sansun Model no. Annual Maintenance of all open air gym equipments fixed AT below ROB AREA OF EE-III, UIT Alwar for a period of 3 years (After one year free maintenance) including replacing of any or all damaged parts and running satisfactory in all respect.
