Dismantling Single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing including removing / returning to BM Section including all transport, stacking neatly at earmarked place etc all complete as directed by Engg in Charge.

Dismantling Battens for tiles, shingles etc, of any size including tilting fillets including removing / returning to BM Section including all transport, stacking neatly at earmarked place etc all completed as directed by Engg in Charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel / Galvanized sheeting, any thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering including removing / returning to BM Section including all transport, stacking neatly at earmarked place etc all complete as directed by Engg in Charge.

S&F new corrugated GI Sheet 0.63mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 etc all complete as directed by Engg in Charge. Make: Tata / JSW/SAIL Important Note: Sample of GI sheet & all ancillary items shall be got approved from Engg in Charge before fixing.

M&L Rolled sections of Hollow Square Section 50x50mm, 2.60 mm thick as in main and cross beams, base of valley gutter , hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc all complete as directed by Engg in Charge. Make: Tata/ SAIL/Jindal Important Note: Sample of hollow square section & all ancillary items shall be got approved from Engg in Charge before fixing.

M&L Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM1:4 etc all complete as directed by Engg in Charge.

M&L Rendering 20mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces etc, in CM1:4 including taking down old plaster in cement or lime mortar all complete as directed by Engg in Charge.

M&L Synthetic enamel two coat painting steel and Iron Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described including preparation of new surface, application of one coat of red oxide etc all complete as directed by Engg in Charge. Make: Nerolac / Asian / Burger. Important Note: Sample of paint shall be got approved from Engg in Charge before use in work.

S&F thermal insulation hybrid XLPE air bubble sheet Nominal 15 mm thick laminated on both side with pure aluminum foil, bubble size 10mm x 4mm XLPE i.e chemically crossed linked, closed cell, polythene foam insulation having thermal conductivity of the best quality i.e 0.0329W/m.k at 23deg C . Suitable for wide temperature range from -40degC to +115 deg C , un affected by most mild acids and alkali, offers high resistance to ingress of moisture , enhance overall acoustic property and reducing rainwater noise in metal roofing.etc all complete as directed by Engg in Charge. Make: Arolam Ultra/ Star-Pack/ Tirisystem. Important Note: Sample of bubble sheet shall be got approved from Engg in Charge before use in work.
