Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5M in width as well as 10Sqm on plan) including dressing of sides ramming of bottoms lift up to 1.5M including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus be excavated soil within a lead of 50M from edge of cutting, disposed earth is to levelled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil.

Supplying and filling of stone boulders under neat mud mat including leveling, filling of voids, all leads, lifts and carriages upto site of work with lead more than 10 kms.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1Cement: 4 fine sand: 8 grade stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding C/o centering and shuttering finishing and reinforcement all work up to floor V-level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 course sand : 3 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) including all carriages and cost of materials involved.

Reinforcement of RCC works including straightening, cutting, bending placing in position and binding all complete. Mild steel and medium tensile steel bars. including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for foundation footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for columns, pillars, piers, Abutments, Posts and struts.

Providing of structural Steel work welded in built-up sections/ Providing and fixing ‘Y’ shaped angle iron over the boundary wall by embedding in concrete block of size 30x30x45 cm of mix 1:2:4 and by using of M S angle (50x50x6) of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes up to 10 mm dia. etc complete including costs and carriages of all materials involved

Providing and fixing colour coated CGI sheets on top of wall with angle iron posts and fixed with nuts bolts / rivets excluding cost of iron posts. (0.50mm thick sheets) vertical / curved surface with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers (upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surface). Including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth: consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.
