Design, Supply, installation, testing & commissioning 46 HP outdoor unit with cooling of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system with multi indoor unit with outdoor units including individual controller for cooling type operation. Outdoor units equipped with highly efficient twin rotary compressors with inverter type compressor, special acryl precoated heat exchanger, low noise condenser fan, auto check function for connection error, having interconnected control wiring between indoor unit, outdoor unit & control panel and refrigerant piping housed in compact housing duly powder coated complete as required for trouble free operation, refrigerant should be R-410a complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 01 No (Overall 46HP - Capacity & Numbers of the unit may vary)

* Demand Control Mode or Economy Mode the capacity of the ODUs of the VRF can be set at 25%, 50% & 75% depending on the need. (ix) The system designed to operate across a wide voltage range from 320 volts to 460 volts resulting in high uptime even in erratic power conditions. Supply, installation, testing & commissioning indoor cassette unit of the following capacities, 4 way equipped with pre-filter, fan section with low noise fan, multispeed motor, coil section with DX coil, outdoor cabinet, drain pan and drain pump, cordless remote, cabling, vibration isolation, earthing, necessary supports etc as per specifications complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 2.3 TR Cassette Unit - 02 Nos Note for Indoor units (a) Multi Level Filtration: Aesthetically superior with stylish design, very low noise, quiet operation, wide angle air flow to ensure even air distribution throughout the condition space. (f) Cordless Remote Controller: Cordless remote controller having large LCD screen for better clarity, real time clock display, room temperature indication, displays of various mode-cool, fan, dry. Supply and Installation of Refnet joints (Refrigerant branch kit) for taking branches between various indoors as per VRF scheme drawings. The refnet joint set consists of both liquid and gas line branch kits complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Indoor - 28 Nos Outdoor - 02 Nos

VRF Central Controller - Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of BMS compatible Network Interface and Central Remote Controller for monitoring and Controlling the VRF equipments in third party BMS as required basis.

VRF LOW SIDE WORKS Installation , Testing, Commissioning and Handing over the VRF outdoor units -46.0 HP TOP DISCHARGE VRF ODU - 01 No Installation , Testing, Commissioning and Handing over of the following VRF Indoor Units : Cassette Unit.- 10 Nos

REFRIGERANT PIPING : Supply, Installation and Testing of Refrigerant piping, fittings and Y Branch with suitable thick tubular nitrile rubber insulation finished with laminated glass cloth.Suction line thickness - 19 mm and Liquid Line Thickness - 13 mm. All the tools and tackles required to install the refrigerant piping will have to be arranged by the vendor only without dependency on the client.Complete piping workmanship to be carried out as per recommended practice with the pipe sizes 1/4" to 1 5/8" of length -180RM ( Aprox)

Nitrogen Pressure Testing at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and First Charging of R-410 additional refrigerant gas complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and installation of communication cable carried out with 2 core x 1.5 sqmm shielded cable including PVC conduit 225RM (Approx) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

VRF pipe protection finish for the exposed pipes (Suction & Liquid) : supply and application of one coat of Weatherprotekt coating, fixing 10 mil woven glass cloth, again one coat of Weatherprotekt coating and when finally dry complete with final coat of Weatherprotekt Coating complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. - 180RM (Approx).
