S&F for coloured galvalume profile sheet in roofing shall be with feed material manufactured from 0.50mm (minimum) base metal thickness (BMT), minimum 550 Mpa yield strength and shall confirm to physical specifications of ASTM-792 or equivalent, colour coated galvalume sheet shall have maximun pitch of 250 mm C/C and minimum 28 mm crest depth in length as per site requirment. The steel sheet shall be coated with hot dip metallic Aluminium Zinc alloy (55% Alluminium , 43.5% zink , 1.5% silicon) coatig AZ 150 as 150 gm/Sqm total on both sides. The contractor shall submit manufacturer test certificates for the chemical and mechnical properties, confirming genuinity of material including base metal thickness paint thickness and AZ 150 coating thickness must be submitted for approval to GE prior to the installation / fixing. The manufacturer of sheet should submit related documents for expected product services performances of pre painted metal sheet as per relevant ASTM/ IS. Manufacturer's recommended installatiosns methodology shall be adopted for installsiton of roofing including profiled sheet, capping , trims , flashings , gutter and all types of accessories considered for roofing , fastener shall be used for fixing roofing system as per manufacturer's recommendations. The painting shall be coloured backed enamal super durable polyester with silicon coating of film thickness of minimum 25 micron ( including primer) on top and minimum 10 micron ( including primer) on interior face. The paint shall be of shade as approved by GE and fixed with self drilling screws all as specifeid and directed. Note - Total thickness of sheet with BMT , AZ 150 coating and panting shall be minimum 0.575 mm thick. If 0.575 mm thickness sheet is not available then next higher thickness of sheet shall be applicable without any price adjustment.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting 2 mm thick with two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screw and washer or self tapping screw in roof, wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.80mm thick plain Galvanised steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L reinforced elastromeric liquid water proofing compound membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having sun reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 (Make -Asian paints Ltd or equivalent as approved by GE) on top of roof surface in three coats @ 10.76 ltr /10 Sqm. One coat of self priming of elastomeric water proofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3 :1 i.e. 3 part of water proofing liquid and one part of water) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric water proofing liquid. The dry film thickness of complete allocation/ system should not be less than 500 micron. The treatment shall be carried out through authorised representative of manufacturer only complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Contractor will submit manufacturers 10 (Ten) years gurantee for water proofing treatment through approved manufacturer in stamp paper and a sum of Rs 50,000/- will be ratained from final bill against roof treatment gurantee for 10 (Ten) years).

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

(Note: Quoted unit rate shall be inclusive ofall the work requird for installation of split ACV like minor Addn/Altn, provision of powder quoted mild steel stands for fixing of out door units etc complete).

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of automatic voltage stablizer of cap of 5 KVA suitable for AC upto 2 Ton for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 90V to 300 V with output voltage at 230 V with accuratcy of + 2.5 % complete all as specified and directed.

S&F single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with single pole MCB 32 Amps fixed properly on in concealed position complete all as specisfied and directed.

M&L sub main wiring with 2 runs of 4 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper cable multistrand 1100V grade with drawn in concealed PVC conduit not less than 19mm dia and one run of PVC insulated unserviceable of 4 sqmm as earth continuity conductor drawn in PVC conduit/casing and capping with accessories complete all as specified and directed. FUEL EXTRACTION SYSTEM & EFFULENT DISPOSAL Design, Fabrication, Supply, installation of submerged heavy duty effluent collection tank suitable for capacity of 2200 liter. The tabk thickeness shall be minimum 10mm. The tank shall be made up of PP & lined with FRP coating of suitable thickness as per design. Tanks shall be capable of handling chemicals like ARDOX 633A-2526-6025, ORION 68, ZL 37-27A-2C-10B, CHROMIC ACID, RDP etc. The tank shall be equipped with openable type cover of suitable size for maintenance purpose. The cover shall be designed in specific manner for smooth operation. Tank price shall include cost of 02 Nos monoblock pump set in SS construction submersible/centrifugal type (1 working + 01 stand by) with appropriate heavy duty PVC pipe with PP ball valve for effluent collection of residual from the tank. The pump capacity shall be as design to drain residual effectively from the tank. All necessary valves required for the pump shall be part of the system. The rate quoted shall include cost of PE 100, 6,110 DN HDPE pipe for main header & smaller size HDPE pipe alongwith valve for connection up to main header from chemical bath tub to inlet of the tank with all necessary fittings like flanges, elbow Tee etc between existing chemical bath tub and tank to complete the work. Tank price shall include cost of electrical panel for 2 Nos pump. Electrical panel shall include 2 Nos starter for the pumps complete with incoming, outgoing shall be part of the system. The maximum length of the cable shall be 15 RM. Tank price shall be inclusive of necessary excavation for the tanks RCC foundation with required brick wall for housing the tank, appropriate drainage arrangement. Main cover for tank of suitable size and all kind of civil work to complete all as specified and directed.

Design, Fabrication, Supply, installation, Testing of of fume extraction system of capacity 5000 CFM of make- Cleanion or Yanson or Anticor as approved by GE for OH line for traping the bioproduct gases produced during chemical reaction alongwith Acid/Alkali mist excess air being taken with them to scrubber for recovery and discharged into atmosphere as per standard of UPPCB. The system shall comprise of scrubber-Skin shall be made up of PP and coated with FRP lining of suitable thickness as agreed by Engr-in-charge. Scrubber shall be equipped with high efficiency>=90% honey comb pad sction. PVC mist eliminator shall be provided to eliminate mist. Sump tank of scrubber shall be made with MS and FEP lined with 4-5 thickness. The size of tank shall be as per site condition. Scrubber shall be provided with SISW blower designed for system static pressure depending upon the honey comb pad, mist eliminator, losses due to duct of 50 RM length, flexible pipe connection etc and as per the approval of Engineer in charge. Sound level should not exceed 85 DBA at a horizontal distance of 3 M. Scrubber shall be equipped with water spray nozzles. Water taknk and packing material, all manual valves require with crubber. Scrubber price shall include cost of one No monoblock centrifugal pumpset for spray of water to pad section with all necessary fittings. The pump capacity shall be as designed in accordance with engineer in charge. All necessary valves required for the pump shall be part of the system. Scrubbr price shall include cost of interconnecting PVC pipe for spray of water with all necessary fitting between pumpset and tank to complete the work. Scrubber shall be equipped with TEFC motor of suitable capacity and VFD compatible. Scrubber price shall include cost of electrical panel for 1 No pump and blower, Electrical panel shall include 2 Nos starter for the pump and blower complete with incolling, outgoing provision and metering devices. Electrical panel shall be CPRI approved. Electrical cable CU armoured of suitable size with suitable earthing wire for in coming and outgoing shall be part of the system. The maximum length of the cable shall be 15RM. Scrubber price shall be inclusive of necessary excavation for foundation of scrubber and making of foundation all complete all as specified and directed. Design, Supply, Installation, Testing of SS chimney of suitable dia and 15 Meter height shall be part of the extraction system. All kind of civil work related to chimney shall be contractor scope of work. Note:- (a) The quoted rate by the contractor shall deemed to be inclusive of the cost toward design and execution of fume extraction system consisting of lip suction hood, flexible hoses, PPGL/FRVC duct and any modification/additional items as per site requirement complete a specified and directed. (b) The contractor has to give two year warranty for FES from the certified date of completion. (c) Contractor shall carryout comprehensive maintenance of equipment under two years dfect liability period from the very next certified date of completion. (d) Th design of fume extraction procedure and all stages involved in the fume extraction process shall be got designed from any one of the approved OEMs and design is to be vetted by IIT or Govt Engineering College/Competent Polution Control Deptt.
