Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)

Certificate for at least one similar work to an extent of 50% of the cost of the work. The firm has to enclose copies of PO /DWA along with Performance Certificates (50% of the tendered material).

The Tenderer shall upload the P.O, LOI/LOA, DWA along with Work done Certificates, Performance Certificates issued by the end users not below the rank of Executive/Divisional Engineer along with the bid for upto Five Years in respect of P.O/DWA & in case of Performance Certificate, satisfactory performance of tendered material with minimum completion period of One Years in any Govt Utilities. The bidder/tenderer should enclose supporting documents specifying, where the equipments is put to service, station name, nomenclature of equipment & commission period of preceeding Five Years.

The firm should be a manufacturer / authorised dealer for refilling of fire extinguishers from ISO certified company for different kind of fire extinguishers & accessories. For authorized dealer, the bidder should produce authorization certificate from the OEM with validity.

The firm has to submit Certificate from Fire Brigade, GoK with authorization or Fire Brigade Training Certificate in the name of the Proprietor with minimum 01 month of training.

The bidder should have experience Re-filling / supplying of various types of fire extinguishers of various capacities. The Work done Certificate / Purchase Order copies issued by the officer not less than the rank of Executive Engineer (Elect), of KPTCL/ESCOM/Govt.Utilities regarding the work experience to be furnished. With minimum experience in the said field of 05 years.

The bidder should have valid GST registration with GSTIN number, PAN Card. Note: The successful bidder who has GST registration in other states should have GST registration in the State of Karnataka mandatorily at the time of execution of the Contract Agreement

ESI Registration Certificate. EPF Registration Certificate.

The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent.

No Deviation Certificate

The Tenderer shall provide detailed information on any litigation or arbitration arising out of contracts completed or under execution by it over the last five years with KPTCL. A history of awards involving litigations against the bidder

The Tenderer/bidder should not have been Blacklisted / disqualified for non-performance in any of the Government utilities in the past five years as on date of Bid opening. Then in such cases, the offer of the bidder will be summarily rejected

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under. Assessed Available Tender Capacity is ( AxNx2.5 - B )

The Bidder shall upload the power of attorney in the prescribed format on Rs.500/- Bond paper which is uploaded along with the tender documents on the date of bid opening.

Letter of Undertaking on Rs.100/- stamp paper for bid validity.

The liquid assets & availability of credit facilities of no less than 30% of the requirement(Credit lines/letter of credit/certificated from banks for meeting the funds requirements etc.,(usually the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for 03 months in peak construction period) i.es Rs.9.45L as on Jan-2026 as per Annexure.

Bidder shall be financially sound and shall submit audited financial statement certified by CA with UDIN for last five years preceding the date of Bid submission. Bidder shall have adequate knowledge of Sub-Stations and Transmission Lines Design procedures including Quality Control and shall have infrastructure and Erection facilities and capacity to execute the Works. In the last five financial years FY 2020-2021 to FY 2024-2025 period, achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 31,50,406/-.
