Supply, installation, testing and commissioning 10,000 CFM Capacity Variable Speed modular Top / Bottom discharge Evaporative Cooling units including axial flow fans, fan motors, water Pump, Cellulose Pads - 100 mm Thick, High quality Pre Filters, supporting body & frame made of high grade polypropylene, internal water distribution & accessories to handle required system within the unit, auto drain valve, fresh water float valve, temperature & humidity set function with remote & wall controller with microprocessor controller & starter and all necessary parameter display on screen with wifi operation inclusive of all material, accessories, tools tackles, consumables and labour required for completing the job with lifting / shifting up to the location. Note:- Contractor shall submit Ten Years of Warranty on Body only and 2 years of warranty of all electrical items in the evaporative cooling unit.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Automatic Voltage Stabilisers for Evaporative Cooling Units of 1.1KW of motor, of 2.5KVA capacity, suitable for single phase electrical equipment.

Supply and installation of Weather resistant Canvass Connections complete as per site requirement.

Supply , assembly and erection of GI sheet duct of size 24 Gauge complete with C & SS rectangular/square duct made out of 'L' shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt, Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete.

Supply and fixing of nitirle insulation, Insulation shall be carried out with 25 mm thick, sealing of all longitudinal joints to make the insulation leakproof after applying 2 coats of cold setting rubbed based adhesive (CPRX Compound) and circular overlaps with cloth including use of hard chemical adhesive complete.

Material and labour for sub main wiring in concealed PVC conduit with two run single core 2.5 Sqmm and one run of 2.5 Sqmm as earth continuity conductor 1100 V grade PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS grade copper conductor cable single core multistranded ISI marked (IS-694) with PVC conduit size of 25 mm including connected accessories such bend support etc led in wall / roof etc complete all as directed by Eng-in-charge. Note :- For all sub main wirings, 02 run for phase & neutral and 01 run for earth and one run of PVC conduit along with accessories will be measured as one unit length for payment.

Supply & fix cross arms, bracing, supports clamps and back plated fabricated from structural steel section incl nuts, bolts, washer, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size (staging/ stand for PVC tank and air cooling units) as per site requirement and inclusive one red oxide primer coat and one finishing coat of black paint, complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Note :- Rate for PCC work for fixation of stand/ staging as per site requirement directed by EIC are include in this item

Supply & fix rotation moulded polyethylene multiple layers min 8 layers, flat bottom, temp resistance below 60 degree C tensile strength 12N/ sqmm at yield and 300 N/ sqmm flexural modules confirming to IS 12701: 1996 water storage tank of capacity 1000 ltrs cylindrical vertical with closed top hoisted and fixed in position complete connection of In/Out pipe line with all accessories etc all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed suitable for 25 mm pipe etc complete as specified and directed.
