Demolition of cement concrete as in ground floors & pavings not exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above G.L.) complete all as directed.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any description or in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as directed.

Dismantling stone slabs or tiles or PCC tiles of any description or thickness, laid dry in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls incl. raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type -D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling / mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radious, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above item No 07, but except bricks -ditto-

S&F for precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 40mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frames made of PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces in CM 1:6, including finishing the surfaces even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in beams, seismic and other similar bands, bands, coping, cantilever, lintels over 1.5m span etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L form work to sides and soffits of roof beams, lintels lever, copings, shelves incl supports over hang etc rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required incl cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with ms wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia quality confirming to all as specified.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone agrregate) as in sub base of floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block coloured rubber moulded any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per above item No 15, but except tiles -ditto-

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1,(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, side kerbs, mud stops etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm -ditto-

M&L 75mm thick Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary formwork and laid down in alternate panel in floor/hard standing/footpath etc finishing cement concrete surface even & smooth complete all as specified & directed

S&F for galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc including dismantling of existing old fencing wires complete as directed (each line wire to be measured)

All as per above item No 23 but except barbed wire (restraining, resecuring including making good staples etc)

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint including preparation of newly plastered surface complete all as specified and directed.
