Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per MoRD Specification Clause 201. Excavation for roadway in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 m, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections.

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m as per MoRD Specification Clause 302.3

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MoRD Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using Viscosity grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing of aggregate and plastic waste cutting in a hotmix plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per MoRD Specification Clause 506 & 512.2.4 Waste Plastic @ 8% of bitumen. Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.3.8 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per drawings and MoRD Specification Clause 1701

Three plates of Aluminium Composite Materials (ACM), material specifications as per Clause 1701.3.7. The top most plate will be in diamond shape of 600mm x 600 mm size, riveted over welded M.S. angle iron frame of 25 mm x 25mm x 5 mm size on back on edges. The middle plate will be 1200 mm x 150 mm size riveted over welded M.S. angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5 mm size on back on edges. The main lower most plate will be 1500 mm x 600 mm size, riveted over welded M.S. angle iron frame of 25 mm x 25 mm x 5 mm size. Welding of all the sheets over angle iron frame will be done neatly to have plain surface on one side. The angle iron frames of the lower most plate and the middle plate will be welded to two nos. 75 mm x 75 mm (12 SWG) sheet tubes posts placed at 1125 mm apart centre to centre. The top of the middle plate will be flushed with the top of 75 mm dia medium steel tube posts and these posts will be embedded in cement concrete M15 grade blocks of 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm below ground level. The height of bottom of the lower most plate will be 1200 mm from normal ground level and the bottom of middle plate will be 100 mm above the top level of the lower most plate. The lettering and borders, etc. of middle and bottom plate, PMGSY logo on top plate shall be as per clause 1701.4.6 Messages/Borders. All the sections of frame and posts will be painted with primer and two coats of Epoxy paint. The steel tube below ground level will be painted with three coats of Epoxy paint. The design, painting and lettering shall be done as per approved drawing. For warranty and durability the clause 1701.5 and for maintenance the clause 1911 shall be applicable. A reference number along with the month and year of installation should be placed on the back of a sign in a contrasting colour or by stamping in characters not exceeding 50 mm in height as per approved drawing and MoRD Specification Clause 1700

Supplying of Cat’s Eye made of ABS Material having high reflective reflectors molded in PMMA material are fitted on the Stud. The reflectors are welded with a ABS base plate through ultrasonic welding process.

Supply of Caution Diversion sign board size 1800 x 600 mm having centre height of 75 cm made out or 1.25 mm thick M.S. sheet duly framed with angle iron size 40 x 40 x 5 mm fixed on two moving wheels and stands, made out of 75 x 40 mm channel having two solid rubber wheels mounted on ball bearings, boards is processed in stoving enamel blue and machine cut sheet reflective letter and arrow on one side and the other side having arrow only complete in all respect.

Supplying of men at work sign board (folding type) made of 1.25 mm thick M.S. sheet size 900x900x900 mm painted in white stove enamelled paint and reflective machine cut sheet Men’s emblem and letter MEN AT WORK in red colours and additional attachment of size 150x900 mm plate for gang number and name with white stoving enameled back ground both plates are fixed on a folding stand of M.S.
