UPGRADATION OF ROAD FROM B.MUDUGANAPALLI ROAD TO VIVEKANANTHA SCHOOL H/O ALASAPALLI BATVARAPALLI(R-346)

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,scrubs,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201. etc. comp.

Construction of GRANULAR SUB - BASE (GSB) by providing close graded Material(25mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65%, 4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal @20% & 2.36mm below IRC HBG metal @ 15%)& (the material passing 425 microns seive shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6% respectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer(Mix-in -place method).

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank within initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS .20.A

BM (Grade-II) 50mm Thick Using VG30 Providing, laying 50mm consolidated thick Bituminous Macadam using 0.20cum of 26.50- 13.20mm, 0.43cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.08cum of 2.36mm & below size IRC metal with 37 Kgs of VG30 Grade bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen, aggregate and mixing them in required temperature using Central hot mix plant 20-30ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 504 of MORTH Rev-5

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 25, 30/40 MM THICK USING cmp (Grade-II) Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5

Provision for road marking with hot applied thermoplastic compound with reflectorising glass beads on bituminous surface

Provision of 5 nos. rumble strips covered with premix bituminous carpet, 15-20 mm high at centre,250mm wide placed at 1m centre-to-centre at approved locations to control speed, marked with white strips of road marking paint.

Deck Slab

Cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or Ribbed Tor Steel for all Reinforced Cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification

Reinforcement Cement concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a Half crushed stone M.Sand and Three hardbroken stone jelly) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc., and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and erecting of Retro - reflectorized cautionary , Mandatory and Informatory signs (without definition board) made out of High Intensity Prismatic Grade Sheeting confirming to Type - IV standards of IRC - 67: 2012 and ASTM D -09, Specification and fixed over 2mm thick Aluminium sheet fixed over a black supporting frame of25MMx25mmx3mm Mild steel angle and supported on a mild steel angle post 75x75x6 mm with a clear height of not less than 2.10m from the ground level to the bottom of the sign board and 0.60m below ground level. The sign post should be painted as per IRC 67-2012 and firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundadation with M15 grade cement concrete 45cmx45cmx60cm size including cost and conveyance of all materials , equipment , Machinary and labour with all leads and lifts, loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the engineer in charge. Higj intensity Retro Reflectro sheet shall consist of minimum coefficient of Retro - reflection as per Table 6.6 of IRC 67-2012. The retro - reflective sheeting shall be covered under 7 year warranty issued for field performance and a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report shall be obtained as per IRC 67 - 2012 ( as per MORTH Specification No 801)

Providing and Fixing reflective road studs of category A raised pavement markers made out of Poly carbonate / methyl methercrylate / ABS moulded body confirming to ASTM D 788 and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromically values conforming to ASTM D428. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORTH circular No RW/NH. 33023/10*97- DO .III dt 11.06.97.The height, width and length shall not be less than 15 mm , 90 mm and 100 mm and with minimum re4flective area of 13 sq.cm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35+/-5 degree . Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in Table 2 of sais MORTH circular . The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, ( of diameter not less than 19+/-2 mm and height not less than 30+/-2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500Kgf . Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturers recommandation and complete as directed by the engineer. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 and confirming to IRC 35-2015 guidelines and MORTH specification 804 etc complete
