Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

White washing with lime to give an even shade.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied lass beads as per IRC:35 MoSrt&H s specifications

Providing reflective pavement marker with Micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoSRT&H's fixed to the road surface using the adhesives and the procedures recommended by the manufacturers with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance.

Cleaning and removal of rubbish,debris including dust etc up to a distance of km outside the periphery of the area as directed by the department (Road surface & Divider)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing packing, rolling rolling with smooth wheel roller kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 40 WBM Gr-ll. Over existing Pit area

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific Sites to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller kN in stages to proper grade and camber. applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices Of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Over existing pit area

Providing and applying tock coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 - 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503. Over Existing Pit area

Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous [email protected] to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 509. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant Including cost Of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) B. with polymer bitumen 70, (ii)for grading II (13mm nominal size )

Cold milling of Bituminous Pavement Surface upto the required depth by mechanical means using milling machine without disturbing the under laying layers to proper line and level. cleaning the surface properly after milling and removing the loose materials, stacking the milled materials for reuse, necessary guarding barricading & lighting, including hire charge Of machinery, cost of fuel and labour and other incidental charges all complete and as per direction on Engineer-in-charge

Removal of unsuitable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 10m lead but excluding compaction ground supporting embankment subgrade replacement by suitable soil. which shall be paid separately as per clause 303.5.2 as per technical specification clause 302.3.11
