M&L for cleaning of blocked Manhole n.exc 1.5 mtr deep and removing all silt, residue sludge both organic and inorganic nature including any type of foreign material and removing waste material/sludge manually or by using mechanical Eqiupment etc to a distance not .exc 50 mtr including digging , burrying in ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :-(i) Work shall be done in foul conditions , necessary precautionary measures/equipments to be adopted by the contractor .(ii) The solid or semi solid sludge shall be burried in pits and fully covered with a layer of lime powder and earth. (iii) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to have considered all such contingencies including removal and refixing man hole covers. (iv) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge without any extra cost to Govt.

M&L for cleaning and desludging of existing septic tanks/Soakage wells of any capacity ( 10 users to 500 users ) including inlet and outlet chambers, taking out sludge in any form alongwith all other foreign materials by mechanical equipment or by way of other suitable means , and removing waste material/sludge etc to a distance n.exc 50 mtr including digging , burrying in ground Complete all as specified.and as directed, Note :-(i) Work shall be done in foul conditions , necessary precautionary measures/equipments to be adopted by the contractor .(ii) The solid or semi solid sludge shall be burried in pits and fully covered with a layer of lime powder and earth. (iii) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to have considered all such contingencies including removal and refixing man hole covers. M&L for dewatering of existing septic tanks of any capacioty (10 users to 500 user) including inlet and outlet chambers and soakage well,, taking out sewage water by mechanical pump and equipment, filling in closed tank atached with tractore or truck etc and removing the same out side from population area, complete all as specified.and as directed, Note :-(i) Work shall be done in foul conditions , necessary precautionary measures/equipments to be adopted by the contractor . (ii) Mesurement of item shall be taken as effected measurement of septic tank which is occupied by the volume of water. (iii) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to have considered all such contingencies including removal and refixing man hole covers. (iv) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge without any extra cost to Govt.

M&L for systematically Cleaning of blockage of WC Indian, Orrisa pattern or European type and bathroom/ kitchen/WHB Trap including cleaning of Nahani traps/gully traps/floor by removing of all the mud/sludge and getting out including cleaning of SGSW or CI pipe upto Ist manhole and depositng the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50 metres from the gully trap and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of of pit including all excavations and earth work complete and ensuring high standred of heigine and sanitation complete along with necessary cleaning alongwith rods,pumps Bamboos if necessary,chemicals as required and all other required tools all as specified and day to day directed by Engineer-in-charge. The quoted rate includes for keeping particular BLOCK under taken once for cleaning, functional for full contract period.) Note :-(i) The contractor should provide 04 people (02 sewage cleaning people & 02 helpers) and his authorised representative shall collect the complaints of all blockage from complaint cell/Engr-in-charge daily and all complaints will be rectified by the contractor with in same day and returne the complaint slip after completion of complaint and get receipt from concerned JE/Engr-in-charge. If he fails to complete the work with in same day then recovery will be made @300.00 per complaint per day. (ii) Work shall be done in foul conditions , necessary precautionary measures/equipments to be adopted by the contractor . (iii) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge without any extra cost to Govt.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation or for shafts,wells, cesspits, manholes,pier holes etc, n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and exc 1.5 mtr in depth but n. exc 3.00 mtr in depth, for foundation , laying of pipes and cable etc or for shafts,wells, cesspits, manholes,pier holes etc, n.exc 10 sqm on plan and exc 1.5 in depth but n.exc 3.00 mtr in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed..

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm, in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50m and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m from the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling of cast iron drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches (if required), of 100mm dia pipes, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up of drain pipe of 150 mm to 300 mm dia (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, complete all as specified and as directed.

Concrete bed to drain pipes of bore 150mm including packing under,and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate including necessary shuttering and supports, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Thickness of bed belew barrel of pipe -10 cm. (ii) Width of bed :- outer dia of pipe plus 30 cm.

M&L for Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cover slabs ( for manholes etc). and similar articles with plain faces, set in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. .

M&L for RCC slab 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on wall, beams etc or similar works, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

TMT bars 8mm dia and over as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. .

M&L for cleaning of CI pipes 100/75mm bore by ridding and inserting jute bag to clean out the residue material and well flushing with water, making functional including removing green vegitation like bushes/grass/ trees and any other planitation upto satisfication of Engineer in charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. .

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing , dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and as directed. .

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius, using old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:4 , complete all as specified and as directed. .

Cutting into exising manholes for connecting new drains (internal dia of pipe n.exc 225 mm), making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section ) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) smooth finished, and reforming benching complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste formwork to sides and soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab,floor slab , landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or slopping) for rough finshed surface of concrete flat, complete all as specified and as directed.
