M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work, concrete sruface in cement mortar (1:6), finished even and smooth without using extra cement & two coat of Oil bound distemper distemper including preparation of surface, applying wall care putty in any layers to obtain even and smooth surface on walls complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Where thickness of putty is required more than 1mm thick, the same shall be make good using POP and than putty shall be applied to obtain even & smooth surface. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in two layers (10+5mm) in cemet mortar 1:4 external layer of plaster shall be mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc, surface finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for plastering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 in fascia / edging / ceiling of Chajjas, roof projections etc, making the edges in line, in true shape and finishing the surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered ceiling surface and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc, brusing with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg per sqm rubish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.
