Upgradation Procurement of Heritage Assets) SR to U-Maw-Thaw-Dur-Briew at Nartiang, Meghalaya (2025-26) as specified in the BOQ.

Execution of works

Provision for plumbing works for the toilet and repair/replacement of existing pipes, taps, valves etc.(Details to be provided during execution of work)

Provision for electric connection, with necessary cable and wire form the existing service line.

Provision for gazebo of octagonal shape, single roof (MS post and truss camouflaged with bamboo locally available straw/thatch ), PCC flooring with bamboo chair (Height: 13 ft, Minimum Area=160 sq ft) as per direction of engineer in charge.

Provision for supplying of Plastic Wheel Dustin of 240 liter of good quality ISI mark for collecting/disposing the garbage of the monument.

Provision for carrying of fallen stone pillar by the road side inside the monument with necessary tools/equipment/machinery including manpower as directed by engineer in charge.

Provision for transportation charges for transporting to the construction site and working in remote location of the state Meghalaya.

Provision for repair of entrance gate of parking by replacing the wheels, wheel rail, Hold fast for smooth closing/opening of the gate including concreting (area: 5.70m x 3.00) for maintaining proper slope for passage of vehicle from road to parking area and providing MS grating (of suitable angle) over existing road drain to drain out under the passage near the entrance gate as per direction of engineer in charge.

Provision for shed above the visitor’s benches with corrugate G.S sheet 0.35 mm thick with truss made of square bars and joined with 50 mm dia MS hollow pipes 8 ft from ground level.

Supply and fixing of decorative iron benches of length 1.50 m of cast iron in both sides with arm and rectangular M.S. pipe in sitting and back portion fixing with PCC (1:2:4) platform of size 1.5x2.50X0.10 m for sitting facilities to the visitors including priming coat and paint etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of L.E.D solar light (12-15 watt) including all accessories

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick factory made laminated veneer lumber door shutter conforming to IS : 14616 and TADS 15:2001 (Part B), fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, all complete as per directions of Engineer- in charge and paneling with panels of : (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately) 12 mm thick pre-laminated particle board (decorative lamination on both sides) grade -1, medium density flat pressed, three layer particle board FPT- I or graded wood particle board FPT- I, conforming to IS : 3087, bonded with BWP type synthetic resin adhesive as per IS : 848 and prelaminated conforming to IS : 12823, Grade 1, Type - II marked.

Provision for fixing radium signage on steel plate.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded inbuilt up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a riming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specification:Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Cement Plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 20 mm cement plaster.

Pointg on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) : Flush/ Ruled pointing

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/ curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m² sqm.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and Plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m: All kinds of soil

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc. and stacking the material within 50 m lead of G.S. sheet.

Demolishing of cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix
