Note for Sch. Item No 1.00 to 4.00 :- (i) Contractor shall submit ID proof, residential proof, bank A/C details to department and obtain approval of Engineer-in-Charge before employing a person as operator. (ii) Plant operator shall be available as per the shift timings specified in the tender and he will report to JE E/M in-Charge In case of emergency he will function according to their direction. If he is found absent or move without intimating to in-Charge or JE E/M he will be treated as absent for the said shift and recovery of Rs 1500/- per shift shall be affected. (iii) Payment as per quoted rate shall also be deducted in addition to the penalty as specified above. (iv) Contractor shall submit the labour licence & Copy of GST Regn registered number issued by concerned authority. (v) The payment shall be made to employees on or before 10th of every calender month. Payment to employees shall be done by crossed cheque / RTGS / NEFT / IMPS through Aadhar card linked Bank Account only and it shall not be less than minumum fair wages and statutory requiments such EPF and ESI as per Act in vogue. (vi) The rate quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of life insurance for the tradesmen employed by him in case of untoward incident such as injuries fracture or casualty while on duty (vii) Surprise check will be carried out by department representative and if any employes is not available at his working place, he will be treated as absent. (viii) Contractor has to submit the list of employees including reserve alongwith police verification, Aadhar card, Aadhar card linked Bank Account No and relevant documents as mentioned in PS to the Engineer-in-Charge alongwith performance security before issue work order.

(ix) Contractor has to submit proof of payment of EPF and ESI subscription made by his alongwith RAR failing which RAR will not be progressed for payment (x) Contractor has to employ the number of labours per day as intimated by the Engineer-in-Charge for which he has to make alternative arrangement. (xi) The rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included provision of all latest labour laws / regulations including all relevant taxes as applicable. (xii) Contractor shall quote the rates considering their monthly leaves, releiver etc as per labour laws and nothing extra shall be paid on account of the above. In case of absence of staff/tradesman from duty, payment of that day will not be paid. In addition to that a penalty of Rs 1500/- per day per person will be recovered from contractors dues. Also in case of long absence (more than one week) of staff/tradesman, the penalty shall be recovered including Sundays & Holidays if any. The contractor shall have no claim on this account. (xiii) Contractor has to supply two sets of Tools and Plants (as applicable) to the labours employed by him and should be placed with the safe custody of department. Rates quoted shall be deemed shall be included as part of contractors profit.

(xiv) The bidders shall not quote rate less than minimum fair wages including other statutory requirement such EPF and ESI including GST as given at para 19 of Sch A Notes. If the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost, the lowest bidder will have to deposit FDR/BGB as elaborated herein after in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days of opening of financial bid. (xv) The deposited amount shall be the difference between estimated cost and amount quoted by lowest bidder for respective item. FDR/BGB shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work. If the contractor fails to pay minimum wages to employees and other statutory requirments like EPF and ESI, the department shall have right to withhold the said amount which will be verified and confirmed by GE. The decision of Accepting Officer regarding amount to be withhold shall be final and binding. The withhold amount will be utilised by GE for payment to employees if contractor fails to pay minimum wages and balance amount if any shall only be released. If the lowest bidder fails to deposit the amount as stated above within 07 working days, it shall be treated as willful negligence of the bidder with ulterior motives and such tenderer shall be banned from bidding for a period of six months commencing from the date of opening of Financial Bid . The contractor shall sumbit 03 Nos of BGBs/FDRs of equal amount as mentioned above. The BGBs/FDRs validity shall be 04 months, 08 month & 12 months respectively for the purpose of encashment/ release as the case may be. (xvi) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of suitable reliver wherever sundays & holidays are mentioned for working (xvii) Quoted rates should include Stationary,Uniform,Shoes,log book and all safety equipments/ Harness which shall be included as part of contractors profit.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II Comprehensive maintenance of central air conditioning plant 200 TR capacity opening/checking/clening of air conditioner's filters if required replace the filters, including the type of filter match with existing, cleaning of coils, and fins as per regular maintenance schdule for smooth effectively functioning of AC Plants. Checking the motor, blower, drain line, coils, operating pressures and temperatures, the return and supply lines, refrigerant levels, and connections also clean the coils during a routine maintenance visit filter should be changed depends on a variety of factors, including the type of filter match with existing at HQ WNC building comprising of equipment mentioned at item No 4.00 of Sch 'A' Part I all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The maintenace schdule shall be as under:- (a) Check driving coupling of compressor shaft and motor for level and tightness, check oil level in compressure crank case, check pressure guage, if gas leak is suspected, test circuit with test lamp or leak detector, also check compressure and motor for unuseal noise, vibration and over heating of bearings. (b) Cleaning of AHU unit filters with pressure if required rinse with clean with fresh water and dry before replacing. (c) Remove starter cover below of all and clean dust & the contacts with pressure, CTC/ alcohal/sprit and adjust the tensin of the contacts. testing of low pressure lubrication oil cutout laid down also measure insulation of all motors and record readings. sufficient lubricants of all motors/compressor motors and chillling water pump motor etc.

Comprehensive maintenance of VRV/VRF system at roof top of HQ WNC building comprising of following equipment all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including dismantling of out door unit covers of VRV/VRF unit of any capacity completely by disconnecting/ covering all electric/electronic boards and wiring and servicing condensor coils and compressor, reservoir areas completly wet servicing by using approved chemicals by OEM and re-assembling setting all parameters by using softwares by an OEM Engineer, testing of indoor unit and Dismantling of four way high wall indoor unit covers of VRV/VRFunit of any capacity completely by disconnecting/ covering all electronic boards and wiring and servicing cooling coils, expansion valves, indoor drainage pumps, drainage lines completely wet servicing by using approved chemicals by OEM manufacturer by using tray jackets including cleaning the surface after servicing testing all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fixing in repairs drum type wall mounted hose reels, swinging 180 degrees conforming to IS:884 with ISI mark consisting of 20mm dia x 30 mtr long, branded rubber hose pipe with 6.3 mm dia bronze shut off type jet nozzle, making connection to the vertical riser by cutting welding, including providing 20mm dia shut off valve, fixing the hose reel with necessary anchor fastners by drilling holes in walls /RCC, making good the damaged surfaces matching with existing complete all as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
