Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within all leads of: G.S. Sheet (Usefull material like G.S. Sheet , ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc. may be handed over to the Deptt.), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Demolishing expended metal or I.R. C febric with necessary battens and beading including stacking the serviceable material within all leads (Usefull material expended metal etc. may be handed over to the Deptt.), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of unserviciable material upto approved dumping site. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material (Usefull Bicks may be handed over to the Deptt.) and disposal of unserviceable material up to approved dumping site: In cement mortar, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling steel work in single sections including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead in: Channels, angles, tees and flats (Usefull material like Channels, angles, tees and flats etc. may be handed over to the Deptt.), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (One cement isto Six coarse sand), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. Cement mortar 1:4 (One cement isto Four coarse sand), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately). Sal wood , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 2nd class teak wood lipping/ moulded beading or taj beading of size 18X5 mm (Eighteen into Five milimeter) fixed with wooden adhesive of approved quality and screws/nails on the edges of the Pre-laminated particle board, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Shelves (Cast in situ), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
