ADDITION ALTERATION OF DINNING AREA OF DSC PLATOON AND SPECIAL REPAIR OF LIGHTENING PROTECTION FOR P1 BLDG AT DHQ7 AND PROVISION OF LIGHTENING PROTECTION AT SHIP SUPPORT COMPLEX AT PARADIP

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc.,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 600x450mmx7mm thick on vertical surfcaes such as skirtings,dados and riser to steps ,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar(1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including provision of 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 04 but vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry,built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins arches,pillars,etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for,etc complete all as specified and directed.

Brickwork with fly ash modular bricks, built in CM 1 : 6, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius on plan complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cills, steps; seismic , parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs including necessary form work finished fair and even surface without using extra cement and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 fair faces of brick Work including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
