CHILLER SYSTEM

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of screw type chilled water packaged refrigerant machine complete with screw compressor operated on 415 +- 10% volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz. AC supply: water cooled condenser, vibration, isolators, integral refrigerant piping and wiring, all required accessories, flow switch, automatic & safety controls, unit mounted advanced microprocessor based control panel and BMS compitable

The machine must unload till 25% even at constant condenser water entering temperature of 90 Deg.F. The chilling machine shall be ASHRAE 90.1.2013 Compliant for performance. The scope of work shall also include Lifting, shifting & positioning of chiller at location shown on drawing.

Compressor rotor screw type, semi hermatic complete with free floor standing/factory fitted unit mounted VFD with harmonic filters to supress THDi and THDv to less than 5%, safety switches, forced feed lubricaiton system etc. as per specifications.(The compressor make should be same as that of chiller)

Suitable Nos. & suitable capacity VFD starter suitable for compressor motor complete with ammeter, over load protection, under voltage protection, protection against phase reversal & independent single phase preventors etc complete as required. The VFD shall be installed inside the panel. In case VFD is installed separately the same shall be IP 42 rated.

1 No-Matching shell and tube flooded type chiller of MS shell and copper tube. Chiller shell shall be designed and tested in accordance with ASME /GB code or shall also be ASME/GB stamped.

1 no. matching shell and tube water cooled condenser and integrally finned copper tubes. Condensor shell shall be designed and tested in accordance with ASME /GB code or shall also be ASME/GB stamped.

1 lot - refrigerant piping fittings, valves and accessoires to inter connect compressor, condenser, chillers and expansion valve etc.

1 set - Microprocessor based control panel with coloured graphical display complete with accessories as per specifications. Controls shall be suitable for hookup to BMS with Bacnet/Modbus as per specifications.

Lot - Refrigerant line accessories comprising of safety valves, angle valves, liquid line indications, liquid level control, isolation valves etc.

Lot - Frame work for monting the above condenser, chiller compressor and motor with base plate complete with antivibrations pads/springs.

Lot - initial/first charge of refrigerant gas 134A and compressor oil duly charged at factory itself.

Primary chilled water flow meter pump (2W+1S) with VFD

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of PN16 rated Vertical Inline Split Coupled single stage centrifugal pump each capable of delivering the specified flow rate comprising the following and complete as per specifications. Casing (Volute) - Cast Iron.

Impeller - Bronze / Stainless Steel - Statically and Dynamically Balanced

VFD - Integrated motor mounted over Pump with IP- 55 protection. pump should operate through sensorless control or wireless DPT control.

Pump Efficiency should be more than 80 %

Integrated fliter to meet EN61800-3 for RFI Control, Integrated DC link Reactor equivalent in performance to a 5% AC line reactor.

All the VFD should display the dynamic head & flow rate of the pump using inputs from ultrasonic flow meter and digital pressure gauge or using sensorless alogorithms,( 1 flow meter and 2 pressure gauges to be supplied and integrated with motor mounted VFD driven pump for the display of flow and head on VFD). Pump manufacturer to supply Ultrasonic flow meter and digital pressure gauges along with the pumps supplied or can display individual flow and head of each pump using sensorless alogorithms.

Pump Manager to assure performance manangment till DLP should be supplied for all VFD driven pump along with mode/Router for cloud connectivity without dependency on BMS.

Microprocessor Based Pump Logic Controller for Primary variable pump

Separate ( not as apart of VFD )Microprocessor based Primary variable pump logic controller in IP 54 protection, to control following nos. Pumps. Electrical component LT PANEL

S.I.T.C of cubical type LT panel as per IEC-61439-1&2 Type tasted assembly panel (TTA Panel) of floor made structural modular sections suitable for 415 V, 3 phase, 4 wire 50 Hz, IP-54 AC supply system .Having required front surface area with, fabricated in compartmentalized design from CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thick for frame work & covers, 2 mm thick for gland plates i/c cleaning & finishing complete with 7 tank process for powder coating in approved shade, having mentioned capacity TPN Aluminum Alloy bus-bar of high conductivity, SMC (Glass reinforced Polyamide) bus-bar supports, with internal Arc Test for 65kA for 0.3sec (IEC61641).The LV panel manufacturer shall be ISO 9001 / 9002 certified. The LV panel shall have provision to provide different panels heights from 1800 to 2400 mm to suit site varied condition. Minimum clearance between phases / live parts shall be 23 mm and phases / live parts /neutral to ground shall be 19 mm except on the equipment terminals. LT panel chambers covers and dropper chamber covers shall be bolted type for safety purpose.The bus bars shall be of double deck arrangement as per OEM design.
