Macadamization of Inner Links of Qasba Hyhama by way of Providing and Laying of Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) , 50mm thick BM and 25mm thick Semidense Bituminous Concrete with 6mm thick

Construction of granular sub-base ( Nallah Muck) by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC,carriage of mixed material to work site spreaading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 40

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 75 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specificationincluding premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixplant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / basecourse on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as perspecifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade – VG-10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen withmechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning andpreparing the existing road surface as per specifications. On W.B.M. @ 0.75 Kg/sqm.

Providing and laying of 50 mm thick compacted bituminous macadam base course with stone aggregate of quality,size and grading in accordance with IRC/CPWD/MOST/MORTH specifications & straight run bitumen of VG-10 grade @ 3.3% by weight of the mix incl. hot mixing of stone aggregate & bitumen injHMP.Transporting and laying mixed material with paver finished to the required level ,grade & rolling with 08-10 tonne capacity road roller to achieve the required compaction & density incl. all costs , carriages involved tools,plants,equipment& all allied machinery, labour taxes /octroi, fees, testing charges for maintaining quality control incl. cost of Tar.

Providing & laying of 25mm thick semidense with bitumen of 60/70 grade @5% by weight of total mix. and laying the mixed material with sensor paver finisher fitted with electronic sensing device to the required level and grade and rolling with road rollers as per MORTH specifications to achieve the desired density and compaction.

Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate (passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg ofbitumen of grade VG-10 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cumof fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface including rolling andfinishing with road all complete.

Providing and applying 2.5mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semiautomatic plastic int applicator machine fitted with profile shoe,glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.
