M&L for cleaning of choked / blocked sewer lines of size 100 mm to 150 mm dia, at any depth and in any situation, manually by rodding and/or by flushing with water, in sewage lines between successive manholes, and keeping the system functional, complete, including working under foul conditions, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: If the complaint is not attended within one day, recovery @ Rs. 50/- per day per complaint shall be levied on the Contractor for non-completion of the complaint.

All as per Item No. 02 above but for cleaning of sewer lines of size 200 mm to 250 mm dia

All as per Item No. 04 above, but for manholes of depth exceeding 1.0 metre but not exceeding 3.0 metres.

Dewatering / desludging of septic tanks, soakage wells, manholes, etc., of any capacity, depth, condition or location within AF area, by pumping out as required to keep the complete sewage system in order and to avoid any overflow of sewage, including removal of soakage well water, by means of mechanically operated honey sucker machines of minimum capacity 4,500 litres, fitted with a minimum 50 metres long hose pipe, duly accompanied with operating and supervisory staff, and disposing the sludge / foul water outside Defence land, so as to keep the entire station area pollution-free, including lifting and re-installing of cover slabs, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES : (1) The sludge / foul water shall be taken out and disposed off outside MOD land at designated places as decided by the State Government / Municipal Corporation. The Contractor shall make himself aware of such locations and the distance involved before quoting his bid and shall abide by all rules and regulations of the State Government / Municipal Corporation with respect to handling, transportation and disposal of sewage. The Department shall not be responsible for any violations, and no claim shall be entertained on this account during the currency of the work. (2) An in-and-out register for the tanker shall be maintained and updated at the Guard Room by the Contractor. (3) The honey sucker machine shall be provided with a hose pipe of minimum 50 metres length for suction of sewage from inaccessible septic tanks, soakage wells, manholes and sumps, as required.

Demolition Cement Concrete (reinforced) of any description (above or below Ground Level) and removing debris, etc. to Outside of MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE: Reinforcement of the demolished RCC members shall be measured under Sch of Credit.

M&L Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in Slabs supported on Walls, etc., top surface finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Formwork & Reinforcement will be Measured and Paid separately under relevant Items.

M&L for Use and Waste of Formwork to Soffits of Suspended Slab and similar work not exc. 200mm thick, Fair Finished surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre-cast Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in Slabs, Manhole Cover Slabs, etc., set in Cement Mortar 1:4, with necessary formwork including dismantling and removal of damaged precast slabs etc complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Reinforcement will be Measured and Paid separately under relevant Item. Old reinforcement will be measured under Sch of Credit.

M&L TMT Bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for Columns, hooking Ends and binding with and incl Mild Steel Wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition Brick work built in Cement Mortar and in any Position including all Quoins, Arches and Pillars, etc. and removing debris, etc. to Outside of MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick Work with Fly Ash Bricks (Old Size Bricks), Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on wall of any description hacking for key scrubbing down with water including racking out joints and removal of debris outside AF land and disposed off complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4, on brick or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, for external surfaces (not exc 10m height) including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching to manholes including forming channel, laid to shape and slope, etc including necessary Formwork and weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition & breaking up Drain Pipe 150mm dia (Salt Glazed Ware, AC or Reinforced Concrete) set in Cement Mortar, alongwith concrete bedding and removing debris, etc. to Outside of MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Earthwork will be measured seperately.

Supply, laying and jointing of HDPE Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) sewer pipe of 150 mm nominal diameter, conforming to IS 16098 (Part-2), having smooth inner wall and corrugated outer wall, of ring stiffness SN-8, suitable for underground gravity sewerage, including rubber ring joints / couplers, cutting to length and testing of joints, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Excavation, sand bedding and backfilling shall be measured and paid for separately.

Excavating in Trenches, not exc. 1.50 Metre wide and not exc. 1.50 Metre in depth; for Foundation, etc. or for Shafts, Wells, Cesspits, Manholes, Pier Holes, etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on Plan and not exc. 1.50 Metre in depth and getting out in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in approved Soft/Loose Soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 Cm thick, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing Excavated Materials (Soils) not exc. 50.00 Metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 Metre above the Starting Point including spreading over ground, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L providing and laying 100mm thick sand / granular bedding for DWC sewer pipes, in trenches, including spreading, levelling, watering and light compaction, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Excavation in trenches and returning, filling-in shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L Cutting into existing Manholes for Connecting New Drain Pipes of 150mm (Internal dia), Making Good to Pipe and rendering, cutting out existing Benching for and forming Branch Channel (½ Round or ¾ Section) in Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate), Smooth Finished and Reforming Benching as required, complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and Taking up unserviceable PVC (SWR) Pipes, 75mm OD, from trenches or from walls incl all fittings, scaffolding ladder etc and disposal from site complete all as specifid and directed. NOTE: Earthwork, if required, will be measured seperately.

S&F PVC (SWR) 75mm bore (dia) Soil, Waste and Ventilating Pipe, single socketed, in any length with PVC Joints, with or without Ears, fixed to Walls with PVC clips, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Net length between the fittings shall only be measured.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) Floor Trap 75mm bore (dia) with Grating including jointing to Waste Pipe fixed in Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate), complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) gully traps, 125/110 mm, setting and jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Non-skid/matt finish Ceramic tiles, coloured, joint free, 7-8 mm thick (Square / rectangular), area of each tile exceedig 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in Flooring, set and jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and pointed in White or Colour Cement to match the tiles, laid over and including Screed Bed 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of Cement Screed Bed shall deem to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

Demolition Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) of any description in Ground Floors, Pavings, etc. not exc. 150mm thickness (above or below Ground Level) and removing debris, etc. to Outside MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling & mass concrete, sub base of drains etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6, Type C-1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains, including use and waste of formwork, including neat cement finish to the inner surfaces using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: The neat cement finish to inner surfaces using extra cement shall be deemed to be an integral part of this PCC item. No separate payment or extra claim on account of neat finish or additional cement shall be admissible.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Coping, Bed Plates, Holdfast, Bed Block etc including necessary Formwork and weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
