20.2.1 Boring , providing and installing bored cast -in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of grade M-25 of specified diameter and length below the pile cap, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring , with bentonite solution and temporary casing of appropriate lenghth for setting out and removal of same and the lenghth of the pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. all complete , including removal of excavated earth with all lifts and leads (length of pile for payment shall be measured upto bottom of pile cap) - 300 mm dia piles.

2.6.1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavation) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m - all kinds of soil

2.27 Supplying and filling in plinth with river sand under floors, including watering ,ramming consolidating and dressing complete

4.1.10 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

5.9.1 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for - foundations, footings, bases of columns etc for mass concrete.

5.1.2 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete , excluding the cost of centering , shuttering , finsishing and reinforcement -All work upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

5.9.6 Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc and removal of form for - Columns , Pillars , Piers , Abutments , Posts and Struts.

5.2.2 Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) , including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and sting courses , fillets, columns ,pillars , piers, abutments posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centering , shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

6.3.1 Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming to IS : 2222 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) - with F.P.S (non - modular) bricks.

16.19 Supplying at site Angle iron post & strut of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction of 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10mm dia etc. complete.

13.1.2 12mm Cemen plaster of Mix 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 fine sand)

13.2.2 15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix - 1:6 (1cement : 6 fine sand)

13.48.1 Finishing with deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacture's specification - Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr / 10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr / 10 sqm.

13.48.3 Painting steel work with deluxe multi surface paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr / 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr / 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

5.22.7 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening , cutting , bending , placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level - Thermo -Mechanically treated bars (ISI BRAND OF APPROVED MAKE) Fe - 415 or more.
