Dismantling of framed timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone masonry walls, ceilings etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc., complete all as directed.

Taking down existing roof treatment of any description, any position with bituminous felt including plaster/loose concrete and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 500m but not exceeding 1000m and roughening the surfaces of old concrete by picking, scraping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove all dust etc complete specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding concrete, coving of vertical junctions, coping of vertical junctions, coping and and plateform for OH water tanks etc on roof top, complete all as directed.

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per Sqm over the RCC slab and sides complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm in CM 1:3 over concrete surfaces on RCC roof slab and parapets mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement shall be carried out complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured under separate item of this schedule.

M&L water proofing treatment with polymeric standard membrane of weight not less than 3kg per sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150gms/sqm) laid over primed surface by forced application complete. Shall be fused uniformly by LPG torch flame on horizontal/vertical/slope surface on roof complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Water proof treatment consist of as under: - (i) Applying one coat of bitumous primer conforming to IS 3384 @ 0.3 ltrs per sqm (ii) Laying APP based memberane as specified thickness and weight. (iii) Appplying one coat of bitumen grade 85/25 @1.20Kg per sqm. (iv) Applying a coat of bituminous aluminium paint.

S&F in repairs GI earth wire of 4 mm dia fixed on walls/floor as earth continuity conductor connected to DBs/ panels etc.

Design, supply, erect, testing & commissioing of motorization including motor & mechanisation equipment for existing mechanical rolling shutter (any size upto 600 Kg lifting capacity) in one single unit with 600 Kg lifting capacity by replacing the rolling spring assembly with new cylindrical type rolling assembly and chain crant in absence of power complete with ball bearing and springs which enable minimum cost of maintenance with single phase push button starter with all connection, copper wiring complete, limit switches, control wiring with copper conductor including necessary dismantling / refixing of rolling shutter, addition / alteration civil works etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the electric supply and Dismantling & Removing of old unserviceable LT Panels complete all as directed.

Supply , install test & commission of LT Panel in door, Cubicle type, free standing floor/plint mounting confirming IEC 61439 - 1 & 2 factory fabricated out of CRCA Sheet of 2.0 mm thick dust, vermin & weather proof, IP-54 Grade of protection, fabricated on 50x50x5 mm thick MS angle iron frame both side opening and locking arrangement including providing aluminium bus bar of capacity 600 Amps rating for 415 V 50 Hz 3 Phase 4 wire system, cotated with RAL7032 after 7 tank process with thickness of min 80 mircons including internal wiring using suitable size not less than 1.5 sqmm FRLS copper conductor cable along with ferouts. The panel should be mounted on 'C' channel base of required size duly coated with anti corrosive paint. the circuit distribution lines to be marked over the panel using poly venyl reflective stickering (Where necessary) complete with following:-.

S&F APFC panel of capacity 150 KVAR confirming IEC 61439 - 1 & 2 with 10% fixed capaicty & 90% of variable capacity all as per IEC standards including the power factor control module with internal wiring, panel made with 2mm thick CRCA sheet metal enclosure indoor type, dust & vermin proof free standing mounted on 'C' channel base completa all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unseviceable UG cable of any size/capacity including making good to the disturbed area complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Laying, Test & Commissioning LT UG cable of size 400 sqmm; 3.5 core XLPE insulated, armoured, multistranded heavy duty, aluminium conductor electric cable of 1100 volts grade laid in ground, through trench/pipes including caution tape, connecting with aluminium lugs, necessary cable glands etc and including removing old unserviceable cable all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for sub main wiring with 2 runs of 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 Volts grade multistranded with copper conductor drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit 20 mm dia including conduit accessories concealed/surface type on walls, roof, floors etc including one run of 1.5 Sqmm PVC copper conductor as earth continuity wire including taking down unserviceable sub main wiring including conduit all as specified and directed. Make of Gang Boxes: GM/Havells/Legrand Note : 2 Runs of 1.5 sqmm cable 1 run of 1.5 sqmm cable and 1 run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit for the purpose of payment.

Supply & Fix Triple pole and earth enclosure with a three pin and earth plug metal clad socket 415 Volts, AC, complete with one triple pole MCB 32Amps including taking down unserviceable triple pole and earth enclouser and making good to the disturbed surfaces of wall as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc.1.5 Mtr in width and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr in depth for laying of cables and getting out in hard/dense soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick using soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point all as specified.

Supply and filling Dry river sand for cushioning to cables in trenches including spreading, levelling complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Only punned thickness will be considered for measurement purpose.

Supply and lay well burnt brick class 'B' of locally available as protection of cable in trenches all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing on wall / pole / in panel single phase timer with necessary fittings, power contactor, Analog timer & MCB SP 20 A complete consisting the following enclosed in CRCA enclosure box of suitable size made out of 2mm thick MS sheet dully painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide and pre wired with suitable size copper conductor cable including locking arrangement all as specified and directed.

Dismantling & taking down existing down conductor, roof conductor, test point termination rods from the building complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs test point consisting of terminal box, drilled and screwed with 22 swg GI cover including 2 Nos 12mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screws jointing GI and aluminium strips with bolts, nuts and washers on and including jointing plate made of gun metal or phosphor bronze of size 90x32x8mm complete enclosure/terminal block assy grouted in wall at 600 mm height from the length protection level by means of two nos 75x75x25mm MS plate with 6mm dia anchored bolts embedded in wall including nuts and washers all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix single pointed air termination aluminium rod 12mm dia 300mm long and including 40mm dia GI Medium grade support pipe 600mm long, 25x6mm MS flat iron clamps, bolts/nuts and washers etc lower end of pipe fitted in a 40mm dia GI socket screwed and welded on and including MS base plate of size 300x300x6mm thick grouted on top surface of the wall with 4 Nos 12mm dia regged MS bolts/nuts washer etc on GI pipe secured firmly laterally on the wall surface in a vertical manner by means of rugged bolts grouted on the walls including nuts and washers etc upper end of pipe duly plugged lower end of Air termination rod duly jointed/welded with down/ horizontal conductor complete all as specified and directed.
