Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes,pierholes,etc not exc10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated rock to a distance n. exc 50m and deposited where directed n. exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing manholes for connection new drain pipe making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished and benching as required internal dia of pipe 150mm complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Re- inforced concrete) set in cement mortar 150 mm dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for DWCPE 180(OD)/163(ID) mm diameter pipe laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in, cement concrete 1:4:8 bore of pipe 150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete ( reinforced) in gd floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness below or above the gd level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone agg) as in landings , cover slabs for man holes etc) chullah hood, chajjas , water troughs mangers ,shelves and similar articles with plain faces ans setting in mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. ( reinforcement shall be measured seperately)

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape reqd incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning / clearing of sewage line 100mm to 150mm bore of any description, underground at any depth, removing any type of blockage including desilting, descaling & de-chocking of drains as well as manholes with combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vaccum) type machine mounted on LCV / HCV and having facilities of high pressure vaccum and provision of hydraulic application through high pressure thermo plastic fiber based water jetting hose and conical round shape nozzle pipe/Cleaning done manually by labourer and flushing after cleaning including removing the same to a non inhabitant Area or buried into ground all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note: (i) Sewage line cleaned should function smoothly during entire contract period and measurement shall be made only once. (ii) Conractor shall be responsible to clear any further blockage without any extra payment till completion of work. (iii) The cost of this operation / provision shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor. Also contractor will detail one sweepers daily from the date of commencement of work till completion of the work in the office of Engr-in-Charge to attend complete all as specified and directed., the cost of which shall also be deemed to be included in the said item.

Cleaning of blockage EWC/IWC/urinal/bathroom & Kitchen cleaning including gully trap, Nahani trap& removing of sludge/spoil/waste to a distance exc 100mtr & testing of WC block for proper working after cleaning complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of Manhole and septic tanks of any capacity ,cleaning sludge from manholes and compartment of septic tank,including intercepting chambers and washing down with water complete and removing the sludge in to the groundby digging trench and covering with earthafter the measurment complete all as specified and directed. Note-measurment shall be taken on the net fully dried sludge in closely packed stacks on level ground .

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Non skid coloured ceramic tiles area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm (400x400) 6 to 7 mm thick joint less in floor/skirting set in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured/white cement to match the surface over 15mm thick screed bed in C:M 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x200x7mm/ 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 300X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the surface over 10 mm thick CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repair vitreous china squatting pan (Orissa pattern) water closet (white) size 580mmx440mm with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete including connection to trap and flushing pipe antisyphonage pipe etc including provision of PCC (1:7:12) type F2 in filling complete all as specified and directed.

S/F in repair Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) repair complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors,gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick Rough dressed sand stone slab flooring, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Hard standing finished even and smooth without using extra cement (PCC shall be laid in alternate bays in panels of size not exc 2.4m x 2.4m or as directed) complete all as specified and directed.

Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade `A' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection including finished even and smooth without using extra cement and complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts embedded in natural ground/concrete, brick work, masonry etc (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 Type C 2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel work as in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, noising to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc wind ties for roof including securingm bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. (each line of wire to be measured).

M&L preparation of newly steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of chain link fencing of any description from post including line wire etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing made out of mild steel galvanised wire, conforming to IS 2721 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Fixing only fencing will be measured and paid separately.

Fixing only chain link fencing of description fixed to steel post with mild steel flat & nut bolt etc. Note:(i)Supply only fencing will be measured and paid separately. (ii)Supply and fix mild steel nut bolt, line wire and flat will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Mild steel round bars of 10mm dia and above etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long & dia of shank 11 to 15 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Contractor will detail his 01 x sweeper at Engr -in-Charge's office to attend day to day complaint for Academic Block and Residential Block at RMS Dholpur.The cost of this operation / provision shall be deemed to be included in rate of item No 11 to 13 and 21 to 25 above complete all as specified and directed
