M&L for servicing/overhauling of Water cooler of capacity up to 60 Ltr, deep freezer/refrigerator up to 310 ltr of any make in existing site with and including provisioning of dismantling all electrical items/connected parts such as relay, capacitor, compressor grills etc and water descaling by using acid on both side of cooling coil and condenser cleaning with nylon brush and washing with clean water and drying by air blower, to ensure proper cleaning before reassembling complete unit and refixing at site including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed at site to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Any type T&P items as required shall be arranged by the contractor at no extra cost. (ii) Servicing shall be carried out on half yearly basis or as and when required. (iii) Cost of new nuts, bolts, washers as required at site will deemed to be included in quoted rates. (iv) Cost of spares/Refrigerant shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

M&L for servicing of Window/Split Type Air Conditioner of any make, size of 1.5/2 Ton Capacity from existing site with and including taking down and refixing in same position, all electrical items/connected parts such as relay, capacitor, compressor grills etc and water descaling by using acid on both side of cooling coil and condenser, cleaning with nylon brush and washing with clean water and drying by air blower, to ensure proper cleaning and cleaning of filter of indoor unit before reassembling complete unit and refixing at site including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed at site to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge . Disconnecting electrical connection and taking down/removing unserviceable single phase voltage stabilizer upto 5 KVA capacity of any make and transporting same to MES yard for annual repair/servicing/cleaning/maintenance. Dismantling the stabilizer segregating unserviceable/wornout parts, caryout repair including replacement of worn out parts, rewinding burnt out transformer as per existing reassembling all components and transporting the same upto its original position, fitting/fixing and testing for effictive working complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- New Spares shall be measured and paid as supply only here-in- after separately. However spare not mentioned in this schedule and required for smooth functioning of stabilizers are deemed to be included in the quoted rate under this item. Note : The under mentioned material under this contract shall be consumed under this item described here in above.

Material and labour for servicing of electric panel, compressor contactor, checking and setting the control wiring/interlocking, safety controls of PLC, mother board card/EXV card etc complete.

Material and labour for charging the refrigerant gas R22/R407C/R134a in the system and recommissioning of the screw chiller including interlocking of system with pumps , setting the controls and observe precisely complete.

Material and labour for servicing of compressor complete as per manufacturer norms incl labour charge of replacement of all spares as required like bearings, suction filter, oil filter,gaskt set, piston 'O' ring piston guide 'O' ring etc,testing complete.

Attending breakdown /inspection of 7.5 TR capacity package type AC by OEM service engineer to check and replace any spares related breakdown complete all as specified and as directed at site. Note : (a) Spars shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (b) A sum of Rs 2000/day shall be recovered in case of non attendance of break down by service Engineer and not rectified the defects within 24 Hrs. (c) The under mentioned material under this contract which are be consumed under this item described here in above.

M&L for pressure leakage testing of 7.5 TR package type AC unit with nitrogen gas complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Refrigerant gas (R22/134A) suitable for 7.5 TR package type AC complete all as specified and directed at site.

M&L for servicing of cooling coil with coil cleaner of water cooled package type AC including all control panel servicing (electrical & electronics and checking all safety devices, cleaning by acid / suitable chemical for removing all foreign material gathered in the coil and re-fixing and testing complete all as specified and directed at site. Note : Servicing shall be carried out on half yearly basis or as and when required.

M&L for descaling of condenser coil of water cooled package type AC by circulating diluted hydro chloric cid and removing foreign materials shall be carried out as and when ordered by Engineer -in- Charge.

M&L for servicing of cooling tower including cleaning of cooling tower sump, fins cleaning and cleaning of Y- type stainer, cleaning by acid / suitable chemical complete all as specified and directed at site. Note :- (a) T&P items as required shall be arranged by the contractor at no extra cost. (b) Servicing shall be carried out on half yearly basis or as and when required.

S&F in replacement of cast iron body, non return valve of size 65 mm bore suitable for insertion between flanges complete all as specified and directed at site.

S & F in replacement of CI butterfly valve of size 65 mm dia complete including nuts, bolts & washers and 3 mm thick rubber gasket complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling the pump set 5 HP, 3 Phase, 415 volt of chiller pipe line at signal centre AC plant from MS base frame foundation, carrying to the local workshop, opening the top cover and repairing the same by replacing gland packing, interstage ring, ball bearing, impeller nut, gasket set, eye ball, O-ring including lathe/machining work for pump shaft and rewinding of 3 phase 50 Hz electric motor capacity 5 HP with super enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge including insulating material, varnishing, heating etc and including replacement of bearings DE & ND side including dismantling assembling after rewinding to its original locations complete all as specified and directed at site

S&F in replacement, bourdon pressure gauge, 0-60 PSI rating, complete with 3/8 inch dia, S.S. syphon piping with gun metal cock valve in condensor pipe lines as per existing shape and size all as required.

Dismantling carefully Ceiling Fans/ Exhaust fans (any make) for cutting down and removing old copper winding wire and rewinding the same with new super enamelled copper wire of suitable size including providing insulation by varnishing, oiling & greasing etc. complete and reassembling the ceiling fan including testing in E/M Store Yard & replacement of PVC flexible wire of size 23/0.0076 twin core twisted copper cable complete all as specified and directed of following sizes .Note :- The super enameled copper winding wire to be provided for Ser Item No.1 above shall be of any make. (a) 12" /15” sweep exhaust fan

(b) 18” sweep Exhaust fan

(c) 48" sweep ceiling fan

(d) 56" sweep ceiling fan

Taking out old unserviceable Gun metal bushes from the dismantled rotar shaft and supply and fix suitable new Gun metal bushes for Ceiling Fan (any make) of size 48”/56” sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable oil capacitor and supply and fix new oil capacitor 440 Volts, 2.5 MFD to 3.0 MFD as required depending upon the model of ceiling fan (any make) of size 48”/56” sweep, including plastic holder for capacitor.

Taking out old unserviceable oil capacitor and supply and fix new oil capacitor 440Volts, 4.0MFD for exhaust fan (any make) of any size, including plastic holder for capacitor. Note :- The new oil capacitor, which are required to be provided for Item No 1(a) & 1(b) above shall be of Make-USHA/UNISTAR/APCOS(ASIAN)

Scraping out of old paint from the body, blades, down rod etc of Ceiling Fan complete and filling in cavities with approved filler and M&L for spray painting with two coat of synthetic enameled paint first quality (Glossy/ White/ Pale gray) on the body, blades, down rod etc and writing MES No on the body of ceiling fan with black synthetic enameled paint complete all as specified & directed for the folloowing :- (a) Ceiling fan (any make) of size 48” sweep

(b) Ceiling fan (any make) of size 56” sweep

Taking out unserviceable old ball bearing from the dismantled rotor shaft and supply and fix suitable size new ball bearing for following:-. Note :- The new ball nearing to be provided against Ser No.2 above shall be of Make – “SKF/NBC/TATA (a) Ceiling Fan ( any make) of size 48" sweep.

(b) 56" sweep ceiling fan

(c) 12" /15” sweep exhaust fan

(d) 18” sweep Exhaust fan

Taking down/Lowering carefully Ceiling Fan/Exhaust Fans from site any type any make from any height in bldgs for carrying out repairs work as per Schedule ‘A’ items here-in-before and re-fixing in the same position after necessary testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Items of consumable store such as oil, grease, waste oil, wire brushes cotter pin/split pin and the like shall be contractor’s supply and quoted rates in schedule ‘A’ shall be deemed to include the cost of such items.

Taking out old unserviceable bolts/nuts with ‘U’ Clamps for hanging ceiling fan and S&F new bolts/nuts & ‘U’ clamps of required length and size for 48”/56” sweep ceiling fans (any make).Note:-Unit “EACH SET” means one bolt of required length & one nut with ‘U’ clamps.

S&F in replacement aluminium fabricated blades of approved quality for 1200mm-sweep ceiling fan of any make.

S&F in replacement aluminium fabricated blades of approved quality for 1400mm-sweep ceiling fan of any make.

Labour only for dismantling existing unserviceable down rod,& nut bolt cutting, drilling, fabrication and fixing of down rod suitable for hanging of ceiling fan of any make and size of GI Pipe 15mm dia light grade suitable for cable entry and fixing arrangement including nuts bolts on both ends as directed.

Supply only GI Pipe light grade 15mm dia for down rod all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.
