Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story hight made with 40 mm dia .M.S.tube 1.5m centre to centre , horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S.tubes, M.S.tube challies, M.S.clamps and M.S.staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc.complete as approved. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. (Note: This item to be used for maintenance work judicically, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.)

Cleaning of under ground sump , Over Head R.C.C. tank (independent staging) including disposal of slit and rubbish . The cleaning shall consist following operations: (i) Tank shall emptied of water by pumping and bottom shall be cleaned of slit and other deposits. (ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water. (iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid Chlorine. (iv) the treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface. (v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radition etc.

Cleaning the septic tank including removal of sullage/ sewage and night soil from the septic tank and manhole chambers and disposal of the same away from the premises in a hygienic manner by utilizing machineries. The rate shall include all the cost of materials, hire charges for machineries /vehicles and manual labourers for gently removing and re-fixing the RCC cover slab including raised pointing the joints and cleaning the inner sides of the septic tank wall with required quantum of good water wash etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
