Providing service charges for the comprehensive maintanance of 56 Nos (29 Nos of 10 Person capacity , 26 Nos of 15person capacity & 1No of 13 Person capacity) Lift maintanance for (stilt + 10 floors) from 05.01.2024 to 31.03.2024. by engaging trained skilled employee under expert guidance of technical staff including cost of service charges with following Specification. The Maintenance Services shall be conducted during the normal Working Hours at regular intervals and as frequently as the Company thinks necessary, having regard to the age, nature and condition of the elevator, a technician to systematically inspect, adjust and lubricate the parts of the elevator to the extent necessary to maintain the elevator in satisfactory working order. If not separately agreed, any work conducted outside the Normal Working Hours is not included in the Price. Will supply all lubricants (made as per standard.) (Including GST)
