Excavation in earthwork in hilly area all hights and depth, in all kind of soil including saturated soil comprising of mixed soil , ordinary rock and hard rock. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution , etc. and to protect stability of hill side . Rock shall be excavated with chiselling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting / excavation , including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines grades , side slopes, width, camber, super elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in - Charges, in conformity with the requirement of technical specification for Rural Road, August 2004 ( Two thousand four ) and clause 16.2 ( Sixteen point two )of General Conditions for Contract to achieve designed formation width including hauling and stacking of material useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut material in specified manner,tremming, filling of unevenness, blindage and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as directed by the Engineer-in -Charge for smooth riding. The recovery of useful stone whether useful or not for 97.21cubic meter (Ninty Seven point twenty one Cubic Metre) in al cases falling which recovery @ Rupees 300/- only (Rupees three hundered only) per cubic metre shall be effected on prorata basis. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. i/c all leads and lifts.

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material including all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Ordinary Soil)

Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specifiction clause 802,803,1202 and 1203. including all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (1:4:8) 25 mm nominal size)

Provding and fixing weapholes in brick masonry/stone masnory, plain RCC abutment, B/wall, R/wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe i/c all leads and lifts.

Back Filling behind retaining wall/ breast wall. including all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying concrete M-20 grade, 1:2:4 (one Cement two Sand four graded stone aggregate20 (Twenty) millimeters nominal size) in all depths mechanically mixed and vibrated and placing in foundation ensurinng non seregation with curing and from work of steel including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials , machineries,Tools and plants at site of work even with mechanical means and conforming to MORTH & H( Ministry of Road Transport & Highway specifiction Latest revision) and as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Type - A, "W" : Matal Beam Crash Barrier - Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70cm above road/ ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150x75x5mm spaced 2m centre to centre,1.8m high, 1.1m below ground/ road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process,all fittings to conform to IS : 1367 and IS : 1364,metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150x75x5mm,330mm long complete as per clause 810. including all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge
