Dismantling of fencing, wire mesh any type, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of post struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section incl taking out embedded portion in natural ground and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of post struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section incl taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes each not exc 0.5 cum getting out returning filling in and removing earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surface as in hard/dense soils, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE: PCC for foundation will be measured seperately)

S & F MS 10 mm dia round bar and fixed independently to angle iron for chain link fencing cut to length, bend to shape required,complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Mild Steel Screw Bolts (machine made) 11 mm to 15mm diameter of neck and length of bolt exc 5 Cm and not exc. 10 Cm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 4 mm dia PVC coated galvanised mild steel chain link fencing of mesh size 50 x 50 mm fixed with straining bolts including line wire any mesh size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: MS post, MS round bars, flat iron, nuts & bolts shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire fencing conforming to IS : 278, with 2.24 mm dia. barb wire conforming to IS : 280 with zinc coating as per IS : 4826, barbed with 2 mm dia. barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails/RCC fencing posts straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and fixing of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. incl taking down existing fencing complete all as specified and directed. (Note: - Each line of wire will be measured)

S&F 0.50 mm thick TCT (total coated thickness) pre-coloured galvalume sheets with minimum base metal thickness of 0.45 mm, single skin high rib/multi rib profile galvalume sheeting having 1000-1020 mm width and 28-30 mm high crest @ maximum 250-255 mm pitch (centre) with sheets manufactured out of 0.50 mm this TCT (total coated thickness) high tensile galvalume sheets having tensile strength 550 MPA with 18-20 micron top coat over 5 micron primer and 8-10 micron alkyld backer zinc aluminium alloy AZ-150, sheets having a dip metallic zinc (43.5%0 aluminium (55%) & silicon (1.5%) with total mass coating of 150 gms/sqm on both sides, having wide pans with minimum 3 small stiffening ribs for effective water shedding and special male/female ends with full return legs on laps for purlin support and fixed as per existing profile of roof covering / cladding to walls, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparing new Steel or Iron Surfaces of any description, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint over a coat of Red Oxide/ Zinc Chrome Primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as Specified and as directed.
