Collecton of items like ceiling fans, exhaust fans, wall mounted fans, cabin/table fans, flame proof ceiling fans from EM store yard for repair, transporting to workshop, opening and reassembling after including necessary cleaning greasing oiling etc, testing and depositing back to EM store yard of GE (AF) Adampur including necessary loading unloading and transporting etc. complete. NOTE: Supply only spares & rewinding of fan(s) shall be measured & paid for separately under respective items of BoQ.

Rewinding fan of any description with super enamelled copper winding wire of size, gauge & weight as per original specifications providing insulating material and varnishing with synthetic varnish, oiling, greasing and replacement of bearing, condenser of suitable rating to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including taking out burnt winding wire after opening the ceiling fan of size: -

Electric meter box, out door type, made out of MS CRCA sheet not less than 2 mm thick of size 650x900x250 mm with cable gally at centre and six compartments (for fixing electric meters) each have separate hinged door including provision of glass of size 90x90mm for taking reading, weather/ vermen proof IP-46 protection including provision of high quality rubber bedding on panel door, cable entry arrangements at bottom, all surfaces duly powder coated of shade approved by Eng-In-Charge and fixed in position with cement mortor (1:4), IN REPLACEMENT complete. NOTE:- Cost of taking down of existing electric meter and re-fixing and re-connecting of the same is included in this item.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with batten, casing caping of MS or and PVC conduit on surface or concealed, including switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, mild steel terminal boxes etc., removing materials and making good disturbed surfaces due to taking down etc. to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge, complete all as specified.
