Printable area shall be 78mm x 59mm made of 130 GSM ( +/- 5% ). Good quality virgin pulp white paper with Indian Railway water mark without advertisement on reverse of the tickets etc. Length of the rolls is 32192 MM or 32.192 meters including the length of lead paper.    Detailed specification of the tickets is enclosed herewith. Bidders should confirm and submit the compliance of technical specification along with their offer failing which their offer will be rejected.

Commercial-Compliance

   Penalty Clause: 1) Tenderer must note that the tickets are money value items and utmost care is expected for error free printing and supply. Also be noted that failure to supply error free tickets may cause serious and huge loss to Railways. 2) Without prejudice to other terms & conditions of contract and Railways legal rights in case of errors, following Pre determined losses will be recovered from the vendors in case of errors in printing. Such as, misprinting, mistake in numbering (including double numbering or missing numbers) excess printing, missing tickets, duplicate tickets or other errors etc., "A nominal penalty of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten) per error per ticket shall be applicable for errors up to 0.01% (i.e. 100 errors in a million tickets) and errors over and above 0.01% shall be liable for penalty of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One thousand) per error per ticket." 3) The decision to determine whether or not an error has occurred in printing/supply shall rest with Principal Chief Materials Manager/S.W.Rly and the decision shall be final and binding. The recovery of these predetermined losses shall not in any way mean dilution of any other contractual or legal rights that Railways might have in matter. The Railways also reserves the right to take any other actions as deemed fit in addition to the recovery of the specified predetermined losses.

   GST Conditions: Quoted GST will be payable against documentary evidences. Firm to submit the invoice/bill clearly indicating the appropriate HSN and applicable GST rate thereon, duly supported with documentary evidences. Declaratlion: Firm to give declaration that any additional input tax credit benefit, if become available to supplier, the same shall be passed on to purchaser without any undue delay. RCM: In case successful tenderer is not liable to be registered under CGST/GST/UTGST/SGST acts the Railway shall deduct the applicable tax from his/her bills under Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) and deposit the same to the concerned tax authority. Additional ITC ( Input Tax Credit) benefits or set offs after the date of tenderers offer- The tenderers further agree to pass on such additional duties and set off as may become available in future in respect of all the inputs used for the manufacture of the final product on the date of the supply under GST scheme by way of reduction in price and advise the purchaser accordingly.    Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

   If the firm is coming under MSE status given as per guidelines issued by Railway Board vide letter No. 2010-RS-(G)-363-1 dt. 05.07.2012 or latest,the documentary evidence to be submitted.

   Benefits of Micro and Small Enterprises will be applicable as per attached Revised SWR tender booklet 2025 clause No.3.0 (a), (b) & (c). All MSEs shall be eligible for benefits of public procurement policy irrespective of product category under which MSEs are registered. The MSE status of any firm from UDYAM will be reckoned from last three years from date of tender opening. Any firm enclosing UDYAM certificate for which the status on UDYAM portal has not been updated for last three years from date of tender opening shall be treated as Non-MSE firm.

   Purchase preference to MSEs status given as per guide lines issued by Railway Board vide letter no 2010-RS[G]-363-1 dated 05.07.2012 or latest/ as per the attached Tender Booklet .

   The tenderers in their bids shall indicate the details of their Jurisdictional Assessing Officers (Designation, address & email lD). In case of a contract award, a copy of the LOA/Purchase Order shall be immediately forwarded by Purchaser to the Jurisdictional Assessing Officer mentioned in the Tenderer's bid.
