Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or PVC) of 160 mm internal dia, set in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for concrete bed to drain pipes of 160 mm bore including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) pipes of 160 mm dia bore, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position such as in bed for drain pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre-cast cement concrete block masony with solid blocks of precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), exc 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre-cast cement concrete block masony with solid blocks of precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), exc 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:6 except blocks complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on stone/ PCC block/ brick wall or top of chajja including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris to outside of INS Mandovi area including filling of open joints in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; copings, kneelers, apex stones, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chajjas and similar articles with plain faces including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement steel shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Schedule 'A'.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition), of any description and in any position such as in slab of septic tank etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like including neccesary formwork complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement steel shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Schedule 'A'.

S & F mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out liquid/ solid content from sump/ septic tank/ filter bed/ soakage well and sewage lines by Sewage Sucker Tanker & cleaning thoroughly including disposal of liquid/ solid content outside of the Defence Land complete all as specified and directed.
