Installation of Additional 250 KVA, 11/0.4KV T/F, Additional AB Cable laying replacement of AB Cable in place of Jarjar/Damaged AB Cable, Works at various Substations under EUDD Naini, Prayagraj

Installation of Additional 250 KVA, 11/0.4KV T/F, Additional AB Cable laying replacement of AB Cable in place of Jarjar/Damaged AB Cable, Works at various Substations under EUDD Naini, Prayagraj in Business Plan 2026-27 including loading, unloading & Carriage of materials from Store Center Naini or any other store of PuVVNL (if required) to Work site and vice-versa.

Carriage, Erection and vertical installation of double pole structure using 11-meter long Steel Tubular Poles (STP)/PCC for 11/0.4 kV, 250 KVA transformer mounting. Work includes excavation of pits, grouting with cement concrete mix (1:4:8), and firm erection of poles in line with UPPCL standard construction drawings. The scope further includes supply & installation of all requisite components such as MS top channel (125x65x2240 mm), MS Channel T-off (125x65x1300mm),MS Channel Dropper (100x50x2028 mm), pin insulators with GI pins, Disc Insulator as per requirements, MS bracing angles, GI clamps, base clamps, stone pad, Danger board with clamps nut and bolts, Barbed wire at each Pole. All associated hardware like GI nuts & bolts, washers, fuse wire (HT & LT side of required size) and welding where necessary will be arranged and installed by the contractor only ST Pole/PCC Pole will be provided by department. The work shall comply with REC construction practices, UPPCL technical standards, and all site-specific requirements ensuring complete structural and electrical safety.

Carriage & Erection of 8.5/9/11 Mtr. long STP/PCC Single pole (all required material including GI Bolts, Nuts and washers, stone pad etc will be arrange by contractor.)

Grouting and Plinthing of 8.5/9/11 Mtr. long STP/PCC pole. Grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr with cement, coarse sand & brick blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastering around the plinth in ratio 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plinth should be done properly for 11 KV line (All Materials required for Grouting & Plinthing will be provided by the contractor.)

Earthing of Pole by MS earthing Rod of 20x2500 mm and 6 SWG earthing wire (All material including earthing rod will provided by contractor)

Surface preparation and painting of 9/11 Meter long Steel Tubular (ST) pole, including thorough cleaning to remove rust, dust, and grease followed by application of one coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer and one coat of high-grade aluminum paint. The painting shall be carried out using brushes or spraying method as per IS:1477 standards for corrosion protection. The contractor shall arrange all required materials including red oxide primer, aluminum paint, thinners, brushes, scaffolding, and safety equipment. The work must ensure uniform coating and adherence to UPPCL's prescribed specifications for aesthetic finish and weather resistance.

Construction of T/F Plinth of size 1.5x1.5x1.25 mtr on a padding 0.25m deep in the Ground, in ratio 1:5:10 cement, sand and brick ballast on the top of padding brick work of 1st class bricks of 0.95m height and 0.35 meter thick wall will be constructed. Rest wall should be 0.23 mtr thickness, brick work will be in ratio 1:4 cement and sand. In the hollow portion the sand should be filled from ground level upto 15 cm below from the top of plinth, cement, sand and ballast should be placed in ratio 1:24 and 2 nos. Channels of size 50x100x1500 mm to be grouted in the concrete. The T/F Plinth should be plastered on all sides by 12 mm thick in 1:6 Cement and Mortar. (All materials will be provided by the contractor at his own cost.)

Construction of retaining wall, fabrication and erection of Wiremesh fencing 5' height with locking arrangement including grouting of fabricated MS Angle 40x40x5 mm, Painting of fencing and support with all material around 11/0.4 kV Substation with D.P. Box of size 2x (5+3x2) Sq.mm.. The fencing shall be made of 50x25 mm 10 SWG rectangular type of Wiremesh. Wiremesh shall be fixed on panel made of 40x40x5 mm MS Angle Iron. The Wiremesh on panel will be supported by 25x3 mm MS Flat on all the bracings diagonally and 40x5 mm MS Angle iron horizontally at the centre of the panel. The panel will be joined by bolts and nuts of appropriate size with each other and on the main support of the corner. (All materials will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.)

Installation & commissioning of 11/0.4 KV 250 KVA Distribution Transformer alongwith HT/LT connections including HT Fuse Set Unit, DO, GO & 11 KV TPMO set Complete, required Lug with nuts and Bolts in all respect at Double Pole or at plinth. All terminations must be securely crimped using appropriate size lugs and insulated using heat-shrink sleeves. All pre-commissioning checks—such as continuity testing, insulation resistance (IR) testing, torque verification of terminations, polarity checks, and no-load testing—shall be carried out entirely by the contractor.** The scope of work shall strictly adhere to UPPCL technical specifications and REC construction norms, ensuring safe, durable, and complete energisation of installed transformer. (All materials will be provided/arranged by the contractor at his own cost. Only Transformer will be provided by the Department.)

Chemical pipe Earthing of Transformer body and connecting with GI Strip of size 50x6 mm with clamp Separately two point of T/F body. (All materials will be provided by the contractor at his own cost.)
