Drilling of pilot hole for Piezometer using bentonite fluid by rock roller/drag bit of 300 mm dia including formation sample collection at every 3m, preparation and submission of litholog. (Drilling Depth can be varied from 60 m to 130 m as per the recommendation received by Site-incharge)
Drilling of overburden by Rockroller/ drag/ button bit to accommodate ERW MS - 150 mm, 5 mm thickness casing pipe including sample collection, praparation and submission of litholog, measurement of discharge through V-notch at various stages (Depths) of drilling, collection of water sample of each fracturezone encounteres adopting standard procedure in 1 ltr good quality HDPE bottle.
Drilling by DTH Method using appropriate size of button bit so as to reach targetted depth with diameter of hole not less than 135 mm at 100 m depth and final hole diameter not less than 125 mm at hole bottom including sample collection and preparation of lithology.
Digital Electrical logging using 406 mm and 1626 mm (16" and 64") SP, resistivity probe and Natural gamma logging, submission of log graph & report including zone wise water quality, logging graph, composite log etc.
Supply and installation of ERW MS - casing pipe of 150 mm nominal size dia, thickness 5 mm conforming to Table 3 of latest version of IS: 4270-2001 of diameter and thickness.
Supply and installation of LCG V- wire screen of 150 mm nominal size dia, thickness 6 mm conforming to latest version of IS: 8110-2000 of dimensions. (0.75 mm to 1 mm - Screen Size as per site condition)
Supply and installation of ERW MS - casing pipe of 100 mm nominal size dia, thickness 5 mm conforming to Table 3 of latest version of IS: 4270-2001 of diameter and thickness.
Supply and installation of LCG V- wire screen of 100 mm nominal size dia, thickness 6 mm conforming to latest version of IS: 8110-2000 of dimensions. (0.75 mm to 1 mm - Screen Size as per site condition)
Supply and shrouding of pea gravel of Particle size range 2.00 mm to 3.35 mm for 1.0 mm screen opening confirming to latest version of IS: 4097-1967.
Supply and filling up borehole/ annular space between casing pipe and bore hole wall with clay balls
Development by air compressor of adequate capacity for minimum 3 hours to clear the discharge water & collection of water samples.
Development by air compressor in 7 Piezometers of adequate capacity for minimum 5 hours and by other means till discharge water is clear and free of sand.
Pumping test (includes pre pumping for 5 hours and 16 hours recuperation, SDT (4 steps,60 min each), APT (960 min) and collection of 2 nos. of water samples (2 Basic using standard procedure per EW in 1 litre HDPE bottle) and submission of report with data, graph sheet, analysis etc.
Chemical analysis of water samples for 15 parameters Ph, EC, TH, TDS, Ca, Mg, Na, K, CO3, HCO3, SO4, NO3, Cl, F, & Fe, in NABL accredited labs and submission of report from NABL lab
Construction of cement concrete platform 0.70 x 0.70 x 0.60 m (0.30 m above ground level) using concrete mix of 1:2:4 around the housing pipe welded minimum 6 nos. anchoring plate as per drawing
Supply and installation of protection box made of GI sheet of 3.15mm thickness along with Brass lock (7 lever hardened) and three keys for each lock as per drawing & Well Cap as per drawing. MS Plate size 5 to 10mm with welding on outer surface of casing pipe 0.5mtrs.
Supply and installation of display board as per specification in drawing
Preparation and submission of basic data report in triplicate along with logging graphs, data sheets, analysis sheet, logging graphs, chemical analysis report from NABL lab, photographs/ videos of activity drilling assembly, part assembly lowering, pumping test, pumping test, V- notch discharge at various depths of drilling well site with display board well cap, protection box activity for each EW site, etc. The soft copy should be submitted.

Overall size of fencing will be 2 m x 2 m x 2 m above ground as per Drawing and Design including all labour and material etc. required as per technicalspecifications.
Training of the purchaser's personnel at the supplier’s plant and/or/onsite in assembly, startup, operation, maintenance and/or repair of DWLR with telemetry and relevant software and supplied goods. Course topics will include sensor calibration, data logger configuration, data downloading, data retrieval, collection, Trouble shooting, processing maintenance requirements and procedure for equipment configuration, installation, site testing and commissioning including training kit containing course material in soft and hard copies as per technical specification
5 Years Operation and Maintance and Comprehensive Warranty for DWLRs with Telemetry system along with accessories, installed at designated locations as specified in schedule, after final acceptance and up gradation of all software associated with DWLR systems. This includes replacement of batteries as & when required at bidders cost. The cost of communication using GSM & GPRS sim cards and other related charges.
