Providing Plain Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (One cement four sand Eight aggregates) using 40mm ISS gauge size hard broken including cost conveyance of all materisl to site including labour charges, transporting and placing in postion including labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curring etc. including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying & Erecting RCC centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Providing Reinforcement Cement concrete 1:1½:3 (One cement one point five sand and three aggregates) mix using 20mm gauge hard granite broken stone jelly in all RCC works connected to the work excluding shuttering , Centering and cost of Reinforcement grills but including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Brick work in Cement Mortar in 1:5 ( One cement and Five Sand ) using best quality of Stock bricks 2nd class of size 9x 41/2 x 3 including all cost of materials and labour charges including Curing charges etc., complete as per Standard Specification.

Supplying and fixing MS L Angle directed by the departmental officers inclusive of cost of MS grill and labour charges including one coat of red oxide and fixing in position etc. complete (as per schedule of rates) as per standard specification

Plastering c.m 1:3 (one cement and Three sand) mix to a thick of 20mm using clean screened sand and including the cost of curing for 15 days from the completion of work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc complete complying as per MORTH Specifications. TNDSS No.56 & 57

Paving the Floor with scratch proof ceromic tiles of size 305x305x6mm finished thickness with c.m 1:3-20mm Tk and polished with same color cement including all cost and convene of all materials etc.,complete

Painting the new walls two coats over one coat of priming with best Emulsion paint of approved colour and quality including preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supply and fixing in position 22" Indian type water closet with foot reset includes "P" (or) "S" trap including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., to complete as per std.,specifications.

Painting two coats with best-approved quality Colour paint for NewWood Works including cost and conveyance of enamel paint etc., Complete.

Painting two coats with best-approved quality Colour Enamel paint for New Iron Works including cost and conveyance of enamel paint etc., Complete.

Supplying and fixing in position best Indian make colour glazed earthenware WASH HAND BASIN of 560x406mm with a a pair of C.I. Brackets, 15mm dia C.P. Pillar tap, 32mm G.I. Waster water pipe, 32mm dia C.P. Brass waster coupling, plug with chain, 15mm dia PVC connection, 15mm G.M. wheel valve with ISI mark and necessary G.I. union and G.I. Elbow, including fixing wash hand basin in position with white lead, clamps, teakwood plugs, screws, rubber washer etc., complete without any leakage complying with standard specifications.

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated unsheathed SC Cu.
