Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness(below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for Cement concrete type D-2,1:4:8 (40mm graded crushed stone aggreate) 100 mm thick, as in sub -floors, sub- bases, floors and pavings etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand filling as a cushioning/ bedding before laying paver blocks etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for machine pressed factory made precast concrete interlocking paver block, using with Grey cement and pigment, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for dressed stone Kerb (granite or trap) of roughly squared stones of size 20cm x 30 cm, dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall noot exceed 6mm for top and exposed surfaces of sides and 20mm for the rest of surfaces jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and struck finish complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preperation of new surfaces of brick, concrete, wall and stone of any description descripton and applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick or stone/boulder masonary, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

Material & labour for pre cast cement concrete, type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick works finished even and smooth without using extra cement in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preperation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.
