PROVISION OF SPLIT TYPE AIR CONDITIONERS FOR ELPA CENTRE AND OTHER LOCATIONS AT ATS COMPLEX, CHENNAI AIRPORT

Supply of single phase minimum 1.5 ton 5 star rating Split Air conditioner of wall mounting inverter type consisting of non-ductable single type room evaporator unit (copper coil) with cordless remote control and one number outdoor condensing unit comprising of compressor and Refrigerant R410A/R32, suitable for operation on 230V, 50Hz. AC supply i/c supply of all accessories i.e copper pipe, interconnecting cable, drain pipe, full charge of refrigerant etc., as required.

Supply of single phase minimum 2 ton 5 star rating Split Air conditioner of wall mounting inverter type consisting of non-ductable single type room evaporator unit (copper coil) with cordless remote control and one number outdoor condensing unit comprising of compressor and Refrigerant R410A/R32, suitable for operation on 230V, 50Hz. AC supply i/c supply of all accessories i.e copper pipe, interconnecting cable, drain pipe, full charge of refrigerant etc., as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of single phase 1.5/2 Ton split airconditioner of high wall mounting type with minimum 5 star rating including fixing the condenser unit on raising stand and fixing of evaporator unit including providing and making inter connections between evaporator unit and condensor unit up to a length of 3 mtrs etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of following for interconnections between evaporator unit and condensing unit (extra length) for 1.5/2 ton Ac, as required as per OEM. i. 1/4"dia copper pipe with insulation or as per OEM. ii. 1/2" copper pipe with insulation or as per OEM. iii. 2 x 2.5 sq. mm + 1.5 sq.mm copper conductor cable or as per OEM.. iv. Rigid PVC pipe / PVC Trunking of suitable size for covering the refrigerant line for above.

Supply and installation of drain PVC pipe 25mm dia with insulation on the existing wall or as per OEM specifications etc as required

Supply of 4 KVA Voltage stabilizer wall mounting type suitable for 1.5 ton split unit with in put volt range 170V to 270 V & output 220 +10% etc., as required

Supply of 5 KVA Voltage stabilizer wall mounting type suitable for 2 ton split unit with in put volt range 170V to 270 V & output 220 +10% etc., as required

Supply and Installation of MS stand with painting for minimum 1.5/2 ton outdoor unit etc as required.

Supply of following size 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed , armoured aluminium conductor power cable confirming to IS 7098 (part 1) with upto date ammendments.

Providing and fixing of 8 SWG copper wire on surface of in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit /sub main wiring /cable as etc required.

Laying and fixing of one number XLPE/PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Supplying and making end termination with double brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminum conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and making end termination with double brass compression gland and copper lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and fixing of 8 way prewired vertical type TP&N MCB distribution board of steel sheet for 415 volts on surface/ recess complete with loose wire box of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of minimum 120 amps tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCB's, terminal connectors for all incoming and outgoing circuits, duly prewired with adequate size of FR PVC insulated copper conductor upto the terminal connector/ neutral link, earthing etc as required (But without MCB/ RCCB/ Isolator). (Note : Prewired vertical type MCB TPDB is normally used where 3 phase outlets are required) 8 way Double door

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar,neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator). 12 way Double Door(2+6 way DB)

Supplying and fixing following rating, 415 volts, Four pole MCB, C curve in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc., as required. i) 63A FP MCB

Supplying and fixing following rating, 415 volts, triple pole MCB, C curve in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc., as required. i)6A to 32A TP MCB

Supplying and fixing of 40 amps rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. i) 40A Doble Pole MCB

Supplying and fixing of 6 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. i) Double pole MCB

Supplying and fixing of 6 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. i) Single pole MCB

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class pvc conduit alongwith 1 No 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Supplying and fixing 20 amps, 240 volts, SPN industrial type, socket outlet, with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top along with 20 amps 'C' series, SP MCB in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess with chained metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connection, testing and commissioning etc., as required

Supply of Recess mounted minimum 34W LED luminaire ( 2 ft x 2ft ) with lumens of Minimum 100 lum/watt, with all accessories including drivers etc, all prewired up to terminal block suitable for operation on 230V, 50Hz AC supply etc as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of 2 X 2 LED panel type fittings , of all types complete with all accessories on false ceiling with chain link, including connections with 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc., as required.

Making the hole in the RCC slabs/walls with dia of 150 mm dia upto 250 mm depth by core cutting machine for Copper piping of A/C units etc as required.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the interior side, upto seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per direction and approval of EIC. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
