Taking down cement plaster etc on brick walls/ concrete (ceiling) surfaces of any descriptions including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water and disposal of unserviceable materials to out side of MD land complete all as specified & directed.
Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete including removal of debris to out side MD land complete all as specified & directed.
Dismantling of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar ficings, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.
Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, for laying of pipe, cable etc or n. exc.10 Sqm on plan and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.
Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.
Removing excavated material exc. 50 m but n exc 250 m, depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for PCC (1:4:8) Type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling, mass concrete and sub base of floors, path/ paving etc complete all as specified & directed.
M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, rough finished surface of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. S&F galvanised Mild steel concertina coil of 600 mm dia of approved type/make as approved by GE, for laying on y shape angle fixed on boundary wall etc complete all as specified and directed.
S&F, Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for preparation of new surfaces of iron/ steel of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer as approved by GE complete all as specified & directed.
M&L for prepration of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over & including a coat of cement base primer complete all as specified & directed.
