Supply of metallic pole 80 mm GI pipe medium class 6 mtr length (6*777.67)

Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.Above4.5metreandupto6.5metre

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor ,single core cable in the existing surface/recess steel/PVC conduit as required. (4x6sq.mm)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Providing, installation of distribution box of strip with powder coat paint of mcb of 63 amps with auto timer & operational contactor unit of 630 amps for dusk to dawn operation .

Painting with two coat of aluminum paint and one coat of red oxide primer of approved brand and manufacture to give and even shade on new steel tubular poles installed in overhead line .

Fixing of LED Street Light of 90 watt on pole .

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering . All workupto plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarses sand and : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size )

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

12mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 5.0 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Excavation of the cable trench in trenches, in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 meters in width and lift upto 1.5 meters , including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 meters .

Providing and fixing of Battery bank of 12 volt 720 ah with backup of minimum 12 hrs with inverter of 4000VA pure sine wave 48 volt

Providing and placing in position pre-cast reinforced cement concrete waffle units , square or rectangular , as per design and shape for foors and roofs in 1:11/:3 (1Cement : 1'Acoarses and (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 10mm nominal size derived from natural sources),including flush or deep ruled pointing at joints in Cement mortar 1:2(1Cement:2Finesand),making necessary holes of required sizes for carrying through service lines etc. , providing steel hooks for lifing etc , form work in precasting , handling , hoisting , centering and erection complete for all foor levels but, excluding the cost of reinforcement.

Supplying , fixing , testing & commissioning of double flanged sluice valve of rating PN 1.6 with non rising spindle , bronze / gun metal seat , ISI marked complete with nuts , bolts , washers , gaskets and conforming to IS780 of following sizes as required :80mm dia

Providing , laying and fixing following dia G.I.pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep) and re-filling etc as required

Supplying and laying 25mmX 5 mm copper strip at 0.5 meter below ground as strip earth electrode , including connection / terminating with nuts, bolt , spring , washer etc as required ( jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50 mm )
