Supply of stone lintels and fit into mortar used in masonry. 75-100 mm

Laying a roof of first-quality stone slabs; filling joints from top and bottom with cement mortar (in the specified ratio) and stone chips; for spans of 2.4 m to 3.0 m.

Applying 20 mm thick cement-sand plaster (1:4 ratio) on walls; raking out joints; and curing regularly for 14 days

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding:

Laying and ramming a lime concrete layer with an average thickness of 90 mm—composed of a mix ratio of 1 part lime putty, 2 parts surkhi, 2 parts old lime, and 2 parts aggregate (12 mm size), along with jaggery, fenugreek, and sunn hemp (each at 7 kg per cubic meter of lime putty)—on a *patti* or RCC roof at a slope of 1:50. In the event that the *kharanja* (paving) is laid with a thickness less than the specified requirement, a deduction of 10 percent of the total cost shall be made for every inch of reduced thickness.

Supply and fix glossy white ceramic tiles over plaster using cement slurry, and fill joints with white cement (cost of plaster not included). Mosaic tiles 40 mm thick.
