Note :- (i) Work to be carried out on GL to 8th floor (incluing terrace of building) from ground level. (ii) Rate for Scaffolding and Safety System for labour are included in quoted raes by Contractor. (iii) Safety Net and Water Proofing covering materials shall be arrange by Contractor while working at Site and it will be deem fit in quoted rats by Contractor.

Demolition of cement concrete (Un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thick (above or below GL) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slab and tiles of any description of any thickness in floor complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame) of size n.exc 1.50 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area of opening exc 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall & ceiling boards (fibre, insulation etc.) or insulation boards, slabs, blankets any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm/20mm dia steel tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing or removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick/Stone masonary work built in Cement Mortar including in all quoins etc and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick work or stone masonry walls including rackingout joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fly ash Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete as specified as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete urfaces in CM 1:6 mixed with water proofing compound finished even smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

S&F of Prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applyin two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 10mm thick toughened glass plain or tinted, as in hinged doors, partitions automatic doors and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes required.complete all fittings such as hinges,handles,floor spring etc all complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Vitrified coloured tiles 8-10mm thick any Shade (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.18 Sqm but not exc 0.36 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:4 laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No. 18 area of each tiles exc 0.18 Sqm but not exc 0.36 Sqm as in vertical surface such as dado/ skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 to recieve tiles complete all as specified and directed

M&L Plain fillets, square, rectangular in section exc 13 Sqcm but n.exc 25 Sqcm clean sawn secured with nails in Ilnd class soft wood complete all as specified and directed.
