Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 50 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3

Earthwork for subgrades and shoulders Earthwork in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the regular pits not exceeding 0.5m in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20 cm layers, including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels & slopes & also including 1.5lift & 30m lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embanment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m. distance as directed by the enginee incharge. on earthen shoulder. (As per PWD SOR S.I. No. 253) (The rates inclusive of all duties, taxes, royalties, cess and other levies etc payable by the contractor under the contract or any other cause etc. but Excluding G.S.T. which shall be paid extra as per prevailling G.S.T. rate at the time of preparation of bills) 253

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing bymix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specificatin Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 4.7-405(2)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 4.7-405(3)

Brick Edging on both sides of the road of first class bricks 8cm (3") wide and 12 cm (4.5") deep laid with mud mortar including labour and supply of bricks finished to required template and proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excaveted earth as directed by Engineer-in-charge. As per PWD SOR Chapter 20 S.NO. 765

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen Emulsion(SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base incluiding cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70 to 1.00 kg /sqm using machenical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 5.2/503(iii)

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (VG-10) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 5.2/503(iii)

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type C (mechnical means) as per Technical Specification Clause 508.
