Fabrication of gates on various distributaries of MRC in Marh area along with allied works

Gate of Riaper Bhadrore supply Channel (8'X3.6') Fabrication of gate leaf on distributary of Riaper Bhadrore supply channel (8'X3.6'). Job includes complete dismantling of existing damaged gate along with allied accessories from its installed position and then extraction of gate by means of hydraulic crane and manual labour. Shifting of the gate along with allied components by mechanical transport to the workshop for fabrication works. Fabrication of new gate leaf of (8 x 3.6) ft by way of providing/fitting of new MS sheet of 6mm thickness as per sample and welding work to set right the gate wedge support. Providing and welding of MS cross members fabricated out of MS channel of size (75X40) mm horizontally and vertically across the back side of main frame for strengthening of MS skin plate as per requirement.Providing of MS channel ISMC (100X50) mm to be used as main side channels on the two sides of the main frame for support and free movement of the gate. Shifting back the gate after the necessary fabrication work to the site of installation. Also providing of new winch machine along with stem rod, rain pipe and its complete assembling along with support lugs on the ISMC platform by means of providing and fitting of new nuts and bolts. Greasing of the gear and worm and on all sliding surfaces. Job also involves lowering the gate to its closed position inside the channel using chain pulley block and tripod stand and providing and fitting of new set of nuts and bolts for mounting the gate on end of stem rod. Job includes grouting of the M.S frame/channels by way of concrete work wherever necessary as per site conditions. Job includes application of two coats of red oxide primer and anti-corrosive paint on all surfaces. Checking the gate for its smooth operation. Complete Job includes cost of material including rebate on old material/scrap, tools and tackles charges, skilled/semi-skilled labour hire charges, hiring and carriage charges of welding set to site, hire charges of hydraulic crane etc. Complete Job
