Strengthening of the road from Indra nagar thuvar upto Dt limit km 0/0-1/5 in Thottiyampatty Panchayat

Clearing the light jungle by uprooting including all cutting charges and disposing of the products and clearing as directed by the departmental officers including all incidental charges etc., complete.

Earth work excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting depositing on bank with initial lead of 10M and lift of 2M including all labour charges and incidental charges such as shoring, strutting, providing coffer dams, bailing out of water as per 20A

PICKING BT Scarifying existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification clause 301.4

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying of prime coat using Emulsion at the rate of 7 Kg per ten square meter over the WMM surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it.

Providing and laying Tack coat over WMM surface(treated with primer) using 2.5Kg of bitumen emulsion RS-1 for 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 25, 30/40 MM THICK USING cmp (Grade-II) Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5

Collection and supply of gritty gravel from appd quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for spreading and compaction with power roller etc.complete, for SHOULDERS

Providing and fixing of cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board Providing and fixing of Retro Reflectorised Cautionary, Mandatory Signs with Definition Plate made out of High Intensity Grade Prismatic Sheeting conforming to IRC-67:2010 & ASTM D 4956-09,Type IV Specification and Fixed over 1.5 mm thick Aluminium Sheet Fixed on back support Frame of 25mm x 25mm x 3mm Mild steel angle and supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45cm x45cm x 60cm below Ground Level etc Complete including 7 years warranty for the Retro Reflective Sheeting as per clause 6.9 of IRC 67-2010 Specification (as per MORT & Spec. No. 801)

Maintenance of the road

Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under PMGSY including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRCSP- 20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost
