PART C- WORK Related to 20 MVA T/F

Shifting of main tank of 132/33 KV 20MVA Transfromer from store to loading place (132 KV S/S Gadwara) upto loaing vehicle including turning of tank up to 30mtr (if required) including men, t&p all other work required to complete the job satisfactorily.

Additional Shifting of main tank of 132/33 KV 20MVA Transfromer from store (132 KV S/S Gadwara) upto loading place including turning of tank (if required) including men, t&p all other work required to complete the job satisfactorily. (Additional shftin of 5 mtr/ job)

Loading of 20 MVA T/F main tank (at 132 kv ss Gadwara,pratapgarh) along with all accessories, making the wooden sleeper plate from jacking the T/F tank up to trailer height placing the rail under T/F tank and shifted up on trailer, removed the rail under T/F tank and proper tightening the main tank with trailer bed with the help of steel rope and turn buckle .

Carriage of 20 MVA T/F tank from 132 KV Sub-Station Gadwara, Pratapgarh to 132 kv ss patti, pratapgarh(approx. distance 35km) along with all accessories by Pvt. Truck / Trailer.

Transit Insurance of 20MVA Transformer shall be got done by the contractor and actual shall be reimbursed by the department after submission of relevant document

Shifting of main tank of 132/33 KV 20MVA Transfromer from unloading place to transformer plinth (132 kv s/s patti) including turning of tank up to 20mtr (if required) including men, t&p all other work required to complete the job satisfactorily.

Additional Shifting of main tank of 132/33 KV 20MVA Transfromer from unloading place (132 KV S/S patti) upto transformer plinth(132 KV S/S patti) including turning of tank (if required) including men, t&p all other work required to complete the job satisfactorily. (Additional shftin of 5 mtr/ job)

Safe handling and shifting of all accessories of 132/33KV, 20 MVA transformer such as radiators, conservator tank, all bushing with its turrents, connecting pipe lines, cooling fan, motor drive mechanism of tap changer, RTCC Panel and associated oil pipelines etc from stored place of 132 kv ss patti to erction site including other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily.All men, extra material(if required any) & T&P will be provided by contracor without any extra cost.

Spray painting of 20 MVA T/F with one coat of good quality red oxide primer and two coat of light smoke gray synthetic enamelpaint of 1st quality Asian/Nerolac/Burger/Shalimar make after cleaning of rust dust and oily surface by enemy paper and wire brush including the cost of all matetials,labour and T&P.

Complete erection of 20 MVA Transformer by erection of radiators, conservator tank, all bushing with its turrents, connecting pipe lines, cooling fan, motor drive mechanism of tap changer, RTCC Panel and associated oil pipeline etc. to complete the job satisfactorily, including first filling of oil and topping up transformer oil (not circulation) in tank, radiator, oil pipeline, conservator tank etc and attending oil lekage if any and other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily. Crane, t&p shall be provided by contractor, all assistance in getting the transformer successfully commisoned by providing qualifed manpower till commissoning.All men, extra material(if required any) & T&P will be provided by contracor without any extra cost.

Centrifusing of complete transformer oil of 20 MVA Transformer in transformer tank or oil tanker by connecting pipe circulating the transformer oil through centrifusing machine to be provided by the contractor and taking the BDV value of the oil perodically till the required value is achieved as per direction of superviser engineer at 132KV S/S Gadwara. All t&p labour centrifusing machine will provided by the contractor at his own cost.

Electrical connection of 20MVA transformer including Laying,dressing and binding of cable including fixing of cable tray support structure and termination of cable making the loop and its ferruling as per schedule and interconnection as per requirment of RTCC panel, marshalling box, WTI, OTI, Buchholz relay, cooling fans OLTC & other driving mechanism etc.All men, extra material(if required) & T&P will be provided by contracor without any extra cost.

Earthing of 20 MVA Transformer main body at two point using MS flat of size 75x10mm and 50x6mm connected with marshalling box and drive mechanism, OLTC panel, providing the wheel stopper with MS flat as per site requirment as per direction of service Engineer/site Engineer.(M/S Flat will be provided by Department.)

Making of Delta for Neutral Earthing by due Fabrication of 3 No. 3 Meter long Electrodes of 40 mm dia M.S. Round Bar, its Piercing Under the Ground at Equal Distance of 1 Meter at 700 mm depth by digging of earth and Connecting all the 3 No. Electrodes with 75×10mm size M.S. Flat and Taking out the M.S. Riser by due Cutting, Bending, Welding etc. of the M.S. Flat. Connecting of two MS flat (75x10mm) at two different arms of delta by connecting it with copper strip emanating from neutral of transformer. Connecting of Delta earthing with the earth electrode system at X & Y axis of main earthmat also. Painting of MS flat with green colour. Cost excludes MS Flat and 40MM MS round bar which shall be provided by department

making Delta earthing for 120 kv LA, all material (except earthing rod and earthing Flat ) will be Provided by contractor .

Jumpering of 20 MVA TF HV/LV side cutting of conductor and tightening of conductor with connector and complete all job satisfactorily.All men, extra material(if required any) & T&P will be provided by contracor without any extra cost.

Testing of 20MVA TF oil for following test- BDV, PPM, DGA from NABL/CPRI approved lab by arranging appropriate equipment at erection site of 132 KV S/S Patti, Pratapgarh. Testing kit, Labour& T&P will be provided by contractor.

SFRA Testing of 20MVA TF including tan-delta of all HV / LV bushings by arranging appropriate equipment at erection site of 132 KV S/S Patti,Pratapgarh. Testing kit, Labour& T&P will be provided by contractor.

Height raising of 33 KV LA side 03 no. ALP Structure parts upto 1 meter with the help of cutting and welding of steel structure parts

Supply and fixing of steel round pole 9.0 mt long in 1:4:8 cement concrete with 40 mm brick ballast in pit size of 450x450x1900 and plastering of 300 mm length of concrete above ground level .

supply & fixing of GI Pipe bend of 35 mm dia 'B' class 2.5 meter long and bended at one end by quarter circle in 0.5 meter dia for cable entry to junction box fitted on steel round pole.

painting of M.S Round Pole with first quality Asian/Nerolac/Burger Paint , one coat of Red Oxide Primer and two coats of Aluminium Paint.

Laying of following sizes of Copper control Cables in the Cable trenches from various equipments/marshalling boxes/J.B.s in switchyard to control/relay panels in Control Room as per cable schedule, its saddling with 25x 33 A.I saddle to every 750mm distanceand termination of control cable of control panels, Relay panel, CT. PT CB Isolator, ACDB. DCDB, Control Room and Switchyard. including carriage of cable drum from store to site and shiftin back to store and all other associated work to be complete the job saisfactorly as per technical specification.

Construction of New Sand Pit of 12 M3 capacity of sand by making brick wall (0.12 Mtr. Thick) in ratio 1:2 & bottom flooring witn flat bricks & Plastering in ratio 1:4 cement mortar and local sand and covering the top with flat bricks soiling in sloppy sharpe and painting walls in silver gray snowcem & top with terracotta cement & writing on each pit after making yellow back ground (all materials bricks cement sand etc. shall be provided be the contractor) approx size of pit inside 3.6x2.05xh1=1.7 Mtr. & H2=0.9 Mtr.

Fabrication, grouting & fixing of fire hut, the job includes grouting of 04 Nos. 50x50x6mm legs of M.S. angle 2300mm with 1:2 :4CC mixture and fabricating open hut type structure of size 3000x2000mm framing with 50x505mm and 35x35x4mm M.S. angle above grund the roofing the M.S. structure frame by A.C. sheet size 3 fit x 4 fit to cover roof of above construction of concrete floor of size 3x2x0.3 Mtr. with 1:4 cement and sand mortar above 6 bricks ballast padding duly rammed, painting of above sturcture with post office red colour synthetic enemel paint of Asian make with one coat of primer and writing of AAG/Fire on hut. All labour, T&P and Material will be providing by the contractor at his own cost.

PART-D WORK Related to Associated 132 KV & 33 KV Bay

The following works required for Increasing capacity work , construction of new one number 132/33 KV 20MVA Transformer Bay and Construction of one number 132KV Bus at 132 kv Sub Station Patti Under ETD- Pratapgarh.

Erection of Main & Auxiliary Structure, equipments etc required for installation of CTs, PTs, CVTs , Breaker, LAs etc at 132KV S/S Patti, Pratapgarh. The job consist shifting of all material i.e. structure parts, nuts, bolts, washers etc, from store to site of erection. Erection of structure as per relevant drawing and using flat/spring washer with each bolt matching holes, cutting notching of members if required shall also be done by the contractor without any extra cost of complete the work satisfactorily. All material to be erected shall be supplied by UPPTCL free of cost but all men, material and T&P required for satisfactorily completion of work shall be arranged by the contractor on his own cost.

Stringing of 132 kv Main Bus /Transfer Bus/Jack Bus. The work include fitting of tension clamp, hoisting of insulator, cutting of conductor and also shifting of all material from store site to switchyard site and all other associatedwork.

Stringing of Main Bus with ACSR Panther length of span 18 Mtr including fitting of tension clamp ,hoisting of insulator ,cutting of conductor and also shifting of all material from store to site and all associated work required for completion of job satisfactorily as per Technical specification .

Interconnection & jumpering of various 132 KV equipments/ Bus with ACSR Panthor between Main / Transfer Bus Conductors, Post Insulator equipments with the help of suitable PG clamps (to be provided by department) with all other associated works for satisfactory completion of the job as per technical specifications. (1 Job includes Interconnection and jumpering of all the equipments in that Bay)

Earthing of all equipment of structure by using 75x10mm/50X6/26X6 mm MS flat below 600 mm form ground level and connecting it with existing Earthmats includes back filling of excavated earth its leveling and proper ramming and associated works including the cost of labour and T&P required to complete the job satisfactorly

Painting of 75X10 mm and 50x6mm earthing strip above the ground level by one coat of red oxide and two coat of green paints. Paint will be provided by contractor. All men, extra material(if required any) & T&P will be provided by contracor without any extra cost.

Fabrication of 3 metre long earthing electrode conical shape 150 mm distance of 40 mm diameter MS round bar shall be driven then in the ground such that top of electrode will be 800 mm below the ground level jointing welding all the electrode with main earth mat including excavation of earth jointing welding and if other associated work with all their cost T&P labour and material except MS rod

Laying of 40mm diameter MS round bar 800 mm below ground level including cutting strengthening welding and jointing to existing Earth Mat planting of one coat red oxide and two coat of black bituminous paint adjoins excavation of trench it's back filling and all other associated work to be complete extension bay as per drawing and technical specification excluding the cost of M S round bar ( Row to row distance 12 mtr)

Erection of control & relay panel for 20 MVA T/F including shifting form store to erection site and proper earthing of panel and all associated work to complete the job satisfactorily .this work also include termination of all control cable in panel and associated equipment such as CB LSI BSI CT PT and all associated works.

Fixing of 150 W LED Flood light Lumanaries at Designated Height on Light Pole/ Gantries including Taking out cables from junction box to light fixture from inside pole cable terminations and its testing and commissioning and earthing with 12 No. SW GI Wire (GI Wire Provided by contractor at own cost).

Providing of 2Ton window air conditioner of Voltas /Hitachi/Carreir make including installation and commissioning of above with making wooden frame. Providing of 5KVA copper wounded Voltage Stabilizer ISI marked of standard make suitable for each 2 Ton air conditioner including laying of multistrand 4mm2 PVC insulated Cu wire and fitting of Single phase MCB of 32 Amp with each AC box circuit wise comprising of load of each circuit including supply of Cu wire and MCB and other consumables associated the work.

Installation of 110 v DCDB including shifting form store to erection site and proper earthing of the panel and all associated work to complete the job satisfactorily .this work also include laying and termination of main DC cable from Existing 110 v DC Charger and associated equipment and all associated works.

Installation of ACDB for 132 kv substation including shifting from store to erection site and proper earthing of panel and all associated work to complete the job satisfactorily .this work also include connected it with Laying and termination of main 3phase AC cable from Existing 440/220v ACDB at control room and associated equipment and all associated works.all men, cable Aluminium Lug, material and T&P required for satisfactorily completion of work shall be arranged by the contractor on his own cost.

Commissioning of bay marshlling kiosk for 132 kv switchyard for 132 kv substation including shifting from store to erection site and proper earthing of panel and all associated work to complete the job satisfactorily .this work also include Laying and termination of main 3phase AC cable from Existing 440/220v ACDB at control room and associated equipment and all associated works.all men, cable Aluminium Lug , material and T&P required for satisfactorily completion of work shall be arranged by the contractor on his own cost.

Shifting of material form store to erection place in switchyard of following equipment 132 kV SF-6 CB ,LA CT PI, PT, ISOLATOR and all associated material as per requirements
