Providing PCC 1:2:4 using 20mm HBG metal for column & coping wall as directed by the Engineer at site, including cost of all materials, Labour charges, curing, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing and placing of RCC 1:1½:3 for gate piller using 20mm HBG metal as directed by the Engineer at site, including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, shuttering, curing, etc., complete but excluding cost of reinforcement.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of RTS/MS rod for RCC works as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of steel, labour charges, binding wire, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing and Placing in position of fencing post using MS angle 65x65x6mm and 0.6m length for anti climbing device including cost of all materials, cutting, bending, holes bolt/nut, labour, lift, etc., complete.

Painting the structural steel work with two coats of enamel paint of approved quality and colour over a coat of primer including cost of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding charges, brushes, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing 50x50 mm GI chainlink fencing with 3.15mm dia. GI wire, both end tightness as directed by Engineer at site including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Refixing of GI chainlink fencing using available GI chainlink fencing of size 50x50mm with 3.15mm dia GI wire, both end tightness as directed by Engineer at site including cost of binding wire, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete. (GI chainlink fencing will be supplied by the department at free of cost).

Providing and fixing in position of GI barbed wire for fencing using barbed wire 10 gauge, 2ply and 4 pronged as per ISI specifications and as directed by the engineer at site, including cost of all materials, all labour charges for tensioning, tying, all lead & lift , etc., complete.

Plastering in C.M 1:5, 12mm thick for wall surfaces including cost of all materials, labour charges, curing, T&P, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying, fabricating and erection of MS Steel gate with MS pipes of 50mm dia. all-round and 2 Nos. horizontally at centre, vertical with 25 mm MS square rods at a spacing of 100mm c/c, including 150mm height with arrows at top of gate, grill at centre of gate using weldmesh of 75x50mm 10 gauge of 250mm height. Rate including fabrication of MS steel gate, welding charges, grinding wherever necessary, fixing of fixtures, such as locking arrangements, holdfast etc., painting with two coat of enamel paint over a coat of primer, cost of all materials, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Colour washing with two coats of cement paint over a coat of white cement for the exterior surfaces including cost of all materials, scaffolding, labour, curing, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Dismantling of existing RCC wall and removal of debris away from the site, including cost of all materials, labour charges,T&P's, lead, lift, etc., complete and as directed by Engineer incharge at site.
