Labour for scrapping and picking up old dilapidated mortar/plaster (Cement/Surki/Lime mortar) from the surface of old Brick faces including cleaning the frog without damaging the Brick and stacking the Bricks at Site/Stacking yard as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including removing all debris rubbish from. For taking ou of entire media from existing filter plant.

Scraping of moss, blisters etc thoroughly of surface wall by using scrappers, wire brass etc. ( For Vessel & Steel Roof Truss Portion)

Painting with best quality Synthetic Enamel paint including 1 coat of priming of approved make. On Steel or other metal surface (for Roof truss Portion)

Painting inside two coats with black bitumen non toxic paint. (For Vessel Portion)

Synthetic Enamel paint 2 coats outside. (For Vessel Portion)

Gravel Size. i) 20 mm to 12 mm (100 mm depth) ii) 12 mm to 6 mm (100 mm depth) i) 6 mm to 3 mm (200 mm depth) Weight of gravels @ 2250 kg/cu.m.

Filter Sand/Yellow Sand (16/32 mesh) of @ 1500 kg/cum. (For vessel)

Supply and installation of Mno2.

Supply and installation of Activated Alumina subsitude of red hematite

Labour for placement of Media into vessels

Supply & Fixing of 5/8" x 3" long nuts & bolts.

Supply & Fixing of rubber gasket 1 m x 1m roll.

Supply, fiting, fixing, flange joining, hoisting of CIDF pipeline for inlet, outlet washout and other pipe connection including fitting, fixing, gauge sluice valve all complete.
