Excavation in earth work and disposal of all excavated earth upto all lead and lift disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in all kinds of earth work including spade work, pick work, blasting work, jumper work and chiseling and doing work in saturated soil including storing, strutting and pumping or boiling on water (surface and sub-soil Water) up to any depth wedging out of rock etc. up to all lead and lifts exacts including stacking the excavated material clear from the edge of the excavation as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm. layers when required into plinths and sides of foundations etc. consolidating each depositing layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth including stacking of serviceable materials within all lead land lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a) Pick and jumper work.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 with 15% plums and curing complete including the cost of farm work for palin/reinforced concrete in retaining walls, breast walls, the size of plum should be 150 to 300 mm as pe drawing and HPPWD technical specifications.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement:6 sand :12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering in: Foundation and plinth:

Providing and laying heavy duty precast cement concrete inter locking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M-50 grade i/c border or kurb block grey or coloured over sub-base of concrete with 25mm thick average thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment ot match the shade of blocks i/c curing rubbing & polishing complete. 80mm thick block.

Providing & laying coloured glazed cement chequered tiles minimum 25mm thick of specified sizes laid in floors, treads of steps and landings on a bed of 25mm average thickness of cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 sand jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles.(wherever required)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 Sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in: a) Foundation and Plinth

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint: a) In gratings, framed guards, bars, ladders, railings, brackets and similar works.

Painting two coats (Asian or Nerolac) excluding priming coat on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matters. A) Enamel paint other than white.
