Constructions of affordable housing project of 830 EWS and 984 LIG tenements under PRADHAN MANTRI AWAS YOJANA (U) at KH. NO. 274 & 275, Wanadongri Tal Hingna ,Dist. Nagpur.Package II (Please refer entire Tender Document Volume ( I, II and III) for Detaills of Item of work in Tender Document ) The Builtup Area of the overall project shall be as per latest MahaRERA act. Total project Builtup area includes following components: Residential Units, Shops under building, Building components like lift, staircase, balcony, chajja, walls, lift room, pump and meter room, common passages, society office, stilt level and Non-Residential remnants, the stilt protion, the actual area under staircase, lift well, underground tank, society office, servant's toilet and remaining stilt area will be included. The area calculations for payment shall be got certified / approved from MHDC & PMC. In case of any dispute regarding Carpet Area Calculation, the decision of M.D. & C.E.O, MHDC shall be final and binding on contractor. Total BUA=1,06,788 ( Residential )+ 0.00 (Commercial )=1,06,788 Sq.m. Note: Minimum Carpet area has to be achieved as per tender drawing, specifications, documents & area statement (mentioned in Vol. I & Vol. II) only.
